Friendly staff, cheap and great loccation. What more can you ask for? Perfect backpacker hotel. You can hear some noise at night from The street but if you dont mind that i really recommend this place. We paid 15 dollars/night (17 dollars with breakfast) for a double room with twin beds, ac and a balcony.

We stayed in a twin room. It was spacious although very cold (it was +13 outside), noisy ( street side) and dirty. Not all personnel speak English well. Bed linen was used before but after having asked to be changed we got new one. The price for one night was 15$ not including breakfast. Breakfast is offered for 1$ but... More

We were very satisfied with this hotel and all connected issues. As we arrived at 5 o clock in the morning in Hanoi and did not prebook it was quite a hassle to find a hotel to stay till the evening as we went to catch another night train. In the first hotels they wanted to rip us off, charge... More

The best quality of this hotel is their staff. Polite and helpful people that does not try to sell you trips, buses or others. The bedroom is spacious, AC, bathroom with bathtub, curtain and an air extractor fan, hot water 24 hours, nice balcony with view to the street but since Vietnam has a curfew at 23:00 it was quiet to... I'm travelling pn a budget so I stayed in the dorm for several nights as I had to sort out some things in Hanoi. For the price the value is very good, the place is clean, each bed has its own locker where you can stick your whole backpack, towels and sheets are being changed regularly and the bathroom is... A friend had stayed here before so we walked in off the street around 9pm and got a double room for two nights. The room was good. Spacious and well appointed with TV, fridge, etc. The bathroom even had an extractor fan and a divider for the shower so that water didn't go everywhere. Impressive. It did not seem to... More

Our stay at hanoi victor hotel was really pleasant. We arrived at 6 in the morning from the nighttrain and were able to check into the room immediately. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Water in the bathroom is hot and staff is friendly. Only downside is that the mattresses of the beds are not the best. But apart... More

The Hotel itself is fairly decent for $15 a night per double. Certainly nothing special and not like the photos but in comparison to other rates around the area we thought it was pretty good. Word of warning, downstairs they will try and sell you trips at overly inflated charges. As we were staying there we expected some sort of... More
