we (couple) really enjoyed our stayed at this hotel ( Time Square hotel now), The staffs are very friendly and very helpful with organised our tours, money exchange and sim cards. Our suite on the 10th floor was beautiful with the city view. The hotel location is very convenient we walked everywhere ( Dong Xuan market, West Lake, old quater... More

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a travel tour package. Its location in the old part of Hanoi is ok but feels a bit dirty. Rooms are ok, with all the usual amenities. Brieakfast is up on te 13th floor. The views are lovely but the breakfast room is small. Get there early as seating is limited. Free... More

My friends and I got pushed here from another hotel after Agoda overbooked them. The hotel is average. Breakfast was average. Service was average. The shower was hot but didn't seem to last long. Room is carpeted, which in my opinion is never good for mid-range hotels in SE Asia.

The room small, clean, beds a bit on the hard side, ask for extra pillows , bathroom just a very small cubicle. One elevator , the dining area on the top floor , be there in time to get a seat or you miss out! As part of a tour group we didn't have a say in choosing the accomodation... More

This was out last hotel at the end of our Vietnam tour with Wendy Wu. Our room was at the back of the hotel so there was virtually no view, which really didnt matter as we were only in there to sleep. At least the traffic noise was minimal. The room was old but clean and had 2 single beds,... More

Hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town and has reasonably large well equipped rooms. The breakfast room is small and has limited choice, the wifi is extremely slow and erratic. The staff are helpful but every time you leave the hotel you have to run the gauntlet of the t shirt outside who won't take no for... More

It was first hand experience staying in a high rise column building 5 to 7 mts wide rising to 13 floors , you see them all over in Hanoi and some other places as well. Well located, good rooms compact with all supplies one would find in a 5 star hotel, comfortable beds pillows a bit hard but all good... More

Cannot agree more with the other reviews, okay for sleeping, we were on the 10th floor so away from traffic noise, yes one lift! So time your departure! The dining room on the 13th, indeed cosy , however our Tour leader made sure we had a slot when other groups have gone to have the place for ourselves (24 of... More

We stayed here as part of a Wendy Wu tour in March 2014. We stayed in an old room for the first couple of nights then a renovated room. Old room - small room but okay just for sleeping. - bathroom had white funky mould issues next to the toilet. - shower/bath was very difficult to get out of. Upon... More

Ideally located in the Old Quarters, where everything was just a few minutes away. The rooms were spacious and refreshing with sparkling bathrooms..............the only thing they could do is to have a bigger and a fancier Restaurant. Friendly staff and peaceful ambience. Worth a try.
