The hotel is cheap, and you get what you pay for. However the rooms are perfectly suitable, the staff very friendly and always willing to assist, and the hotel is in a great location to access many of the attractions around Hanoi. Our flight from Thailand was delayed and we ended up arriving at the hotel past 1am - but... More

Superb service-oriented staff, any question or concern is addressed immediately, they give good information. Older hotel. Safe, secure for solo females. Central old city location for exploring the area (walk around West Lake for a different view of the city and walk the Long Bien bridge). Magnificent street food and markets in all the adjoining small streets. No pressure for... More

i arrived at hanoi apple hotel after a long flight, and it was not even close to be satisfying. first of all, the smell of mold and the lack of AC in the lobby were unpleasant welcome for us. the first room they gave us was tiny, and after few minutes the loudly AC began to leak a lot, so... More

When I arrived they could not find my reservation. I had goofed up and booked the wrong dates!!! The staff did not make a fuss about my error and told me a room was vacant and I could check in immediately. How awesome is that!?! Rooms are nice and clean. Tastefully decorated. With a fridge, a fruit basket, bottled water,... More

I had very good experience in the hotel. The staff was so friendly and nice. They helped me a lot with ATM, hairdress shops, that stuff... I printed quite lots of docs but they didn't charge anything:) The breakfast was nice to me and on my 1st day there it was availble until almost 10! The room is OK, but... More

Well, the rooms in this hotel is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Breakfast is good, and so is the wifi. Ms. Pauline made sure that I got picked up from the airport on time. Thank you, Pauline. And she had been very helpful and very prompt answering all my queries. Also Mr. Jimmy had been great, giving good advice on... More

Such a friendly hotel! I only technically stayed two nights but it was my 'base' for the full week, with them letting me shower and take a snooze when I returned from my Sapa trip (they organised this for me- fair price and less hassle!). Nothing was too much effort; organising theatre tickets and transport, advising on restaurants, storing bags... More

Room was comfortable, with large and comfortable bed, shower had good pressure and hot, you just have to wait for 5 minutes for it to get hot. They kept our luggage while we were at Halong Bay, which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they seek guests' feedback and the interest was genuine, which I liked. The... More

This hotel has great staff but needs lots of work. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we used hanoi as a hub to get to/from sapa. The first room was cramped, no space if you would have had suitcases. The second room was much bigger but the "king bed"is 2 twins pushed together, which leaves an uncomfortable ridge in... More

I was happy with the Apple. Staff is nice, breakfast (included) was good (terrible coffee though). Rooms include fridge, cable, blowdryer, and a computer you can play DVDs on. And the rooms are clean and big. My only problem was the hot water-- warm water at best. They really need a new hot water heater.
