This boutique hotel is now under the same management as "Time Hotel" (not to be confused with "The Time Hotel"). It is situated in the Old Quarter and convenient for many of the amenities on offer. My room was basic but comfortable having a comfortable double bed, a long table, safe deposit box, refrigerator, colour TV, a kettle and cups... More

We've been at Hanoi apple hotel for two nights. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi didn't work for all the time we spent there, even when we asked the staff they didn't care about us just saying they will fix it. Location so so.. No very close to the main attraction.

We stayed for 4 nights here upon arriving in Hanoi in a double room. Staff were friendly upon check in and remained so throughout. Room is a bit old and tired. Didn't have a window but it wasn't much of a problem considering the price. Bed was comfortable although maybe not changed from the last guest on our first night.... More

We booked 2 nights through bookings.com who give them a laughable 8.1 rating. Upon arrival we were shown to a filthy twin room (we booked a double). It was quickly apparent that the sheets had not been changed since the last sweaty tenant, the air conditioning was broken, and mould had taken up permanent residence behind the bed. We complained,... More

Great value for money and very close to everything, greeat bed, nice sheets, nice tv and frigobar. Staff is nice but with limited english, can get noisy (didn't bother us cause we are waking up early anyways). Don't reserve anything from the hotel, it's more expensive than it's supposed to be.

It started with the hard sell...Continued as they admitted their advertised facilities were a bare faced lie and ended with a breakfast from hell. Please do avoid. It's hard to find a good hotel these days, seemingly especially in Hanoi... The problem with the access that we all have to online reviews and booking websites is not only that they... More

We booked one night over Agoda and 1 more night we booked on the spot. Rooms are ok, small and clean. Staff seemed nice at first, but as soon as we bought 2 trips at the reception, our problems started (Sapa and Halong). They are interrested just in your money and would do or promise you anything, to get them.... More

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel a couple weeks ago because the pictures looked great, the reviews were good and the price was right; however, now we're here and the place doesn't live up at all. The lobby smells like pee and BO, which in itself is disgusting but combined with the smell of food cooking is unbearable. We... More

it is still a reasonable place to stay but it used to be my first choice. many reviews mention friendly and helpful staff - the previous staff were super -spoke good English and were helpful "beyond the call of duty." I have no idea why they sacked or lost the old staff but it was a mistake.

We have just been there last night. Hotel is reasonable for the price you pay. I paid $35 for a family room from Agola. On our arrival, they chucked us into 503 room which has 4 lightbulbs but 3 doesn't work which made it very dark in the room. The lady who showed us the room called to reception guy... More
