Fantastic hotel in a great location, only downside is rooms are small n breakfast is not great. But this is made up for by the standard of the rooms & the amazing staff, made it feel like a real home from home!!

I stayed in this hotel for three nights in April 2014. On arrival, I received a very friendly welcome at reception. I was then presented with a very useful map of Central Hanoi and an exceptionally informed presentation on all to see and do in Hanoi. This really set me up to make the most of my time there. The... We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights ... Upon completion of reservation, hotel staff contacted us and we arranged for car pick up at USD19/way. Upon arrival, front desk took time to show us location of various attraction on map provided by the hotel. As our departure flight was early in the morning which had rendered us missing... More

I have booked a room in this hotel based on previous reviews, I was not disappointed moreover I was amazed by this 3 star hotel and its service. Great quality/price and really friendly staff with always smiling people at the reception. They are always there to help you, let it be getting a taxi/private car or organizing a trip. Here... More

We were originally booked at Rising Dragon Palace. Upon checking in, we were told that we were 'upgraded' to this branch as we had booked an excursion with them. Having being in the hotel business for 10yrs, I knew that it was more of an overbooking rather than an upgrade. Nonetheless, we were upgraded to a suite and the room... More

Anyone that uses this site I'm sure is like my girlfriend and I in that if we are going to research the place we intend to visit we do it thoroughly and are generally pretty satisfied pre-stay with the hotel/guest house we choose to book. We were particularly smug with the Rising Dragon Haven as we knew it was new,... More

The hotel is located just in the outskirt of the old town of Hanoi, but within a 10 miunte walk you will reach many of the main attractions in the capitol mof Vietnam. The staff here was really friendly and service-minded, and the rooms are really clean and nice. They are not very big, but the beds were the softest... More

A long drawn business schedule forces you to stay for a week and a half and this is when you begin to thank yourself that you chose this place. Great location, excellent in-house breakfast. The hotel is geared to meet all the needs of a businessman settling down to a long drawn business schedule. The space in the room is... More
