We arrived in Hanoi with not much idea what to do or expect, and the staff could not have been more informative, friendly, generous and helpful. This hotel was a bit let down by housekeeping & need for maintenance- broken shower hose, lights, phone needing repair, bathroom quite mouldy. 2nd floor is very noisy from the lobby- ask to move to a higher floor.
