Tony's is disgusting. Worst night of my trip by far. Tony barged into our room that night and scolded us for leaving our clothes on the floor. "If you have wet clothes or towels, you should put them in plastic bags or else the room will smell like mold" he warns us. Are hostel owners allowed to barge into your... More

We booked a place here because of the good reviews we read of which we now think thy are mostly fake. It started with our pick-up at the airport, which was late but okay your in Asia these things happen. The driver was kinda rude but again it's Asia. When we got to the hotel they told us our room was... More

We booked after reading positive reviews on booking.com I wished we hadn't! Yes Tony was helpful and friendly but was that worth staying in a horrible room where the sheets were dirty and it stunk of poo and wee, no it wasn't! Apparently we were given their best room on our first night.... It was awful. Not to mention hearing... More

Some friends and I went here, because the Hanoi Backpackers was full, and we just wanted to have an accommodation, after walking around in Hanoi since 3 am. As a 4 bed dorm was ready first, we took it. The linen were quite dirty, but they changed them after we asked them. Also we had no locker in our room,... More

STAY AWAY from Hanoi Titanic AKA Hanoi Tony's Hotel !!!!!! We booked this place because of the decent reviews that we read on hostelbookers.com, which are probably mostly fake. Upon arrival we went up to the dorms. The accomodations weren't great but I guess you get what you pay for. The bathrooms were gross and there was black mold in... More

The staff wasn't very friendly. The whole hostel wasn't clean, everything was very old. Walls and carpets dirty, beds and blankets smelly. There was only one socket for a beddorm of 8 people. Used the computers in the hall and after writing one e-mail my fingers were black because the keybord was so dirty. I do not recommend this hostel... More

Really helpful and friendly staff. Good location. WiFi worked well in rooms. Stayed in a private room which was a reasonable size with ensuite. Saw a dorm, 4 beds, with TV and ensuite. Room had plenty of space for a dorm Communal area had three computers with internet access, never saw anyone waiting to get one. Disliked: left luggage while... More
