We stayed here for 7 nights. Originally we booked 4 nights, than went on two trips organized by the Hotel and always wanted to come back for another night in Hanoi at the same place as we just found it very relaxing and charming. The staff took care about everything, even when we forgot a bag on one of our... More

I booked happy backpackers in Hanoi on the basis of leaving it very last minute and because it had acceptable reviews on hostelbookers. Booked an 8 dorm, deciding against a 10 or 16 bed dorm as I wanted to get some sleep. Turned up at midnight off a flight and was shown into a 16 bed dorm. At the time... More

We stayed here three nights, good location central to backpackers bar's , good restaurant and attractions. Clean and tidy! Breakfast wasn't brilliant! Good shower , air con and WiFi all at a reasonable price!

I stayed in a deluxe room and it took about US$ 22 per night. I found the hotel was located in old town right in central of Hanoi. You may walk around to explore an "old" Hanoi street (people called "phố" - in Vietnamese). Breakfast here was not good and not delicious. Not much choices also, only about 4 options... More

We expected to get what we saw in the photos, And by what was typing on the website. It's just one big scam- doesn't looks like the photos and there is no balcony in all of the rooms at the hotel! After we were argue with the stuff about that we order a room with a balcony, and she said... More

This hotel is in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter District. We arrived at the hotel without any big expectations since we paid for a cheap price. We just want a place to sleep and where we can keep our things for time we'll go for Halong Bay Cruise. However, we're surprised & elated that the hotel has something very... More

We didn't come across this hotel on trip advisor, we were actually recommended by a friend, but I would like to set the record straight on some of the incredibly fussy reviews I've seen here! We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, booking taxis and allowing us to check in at 6am (this is completely unheard... More

The worst place I've ever stayed in. I'm not usually the one being picky and actually think people exaggerate when it's a really bad review so trust me on this one. The hotel doesn't own up to what they are advertising (at hotels.com) so I think the only thing that was true was that we got the same amount of... More

Arrived late at night after 24 hours travelling to be shown to a room overlooking the street despite booking a room overlooking the lake. Extremely noisy which traffic and talking noise. There was none of the facilities that were shown on my booking. We asked to be changed so got moved to a room on the top floor, again overlooking... More
