Me and my boyfriend was supposed to stay here for two nights. The receptionist was very nice and showed us to our room. The room was OK, but there was a "window" from the hallway into our room with only a grid, and we couldn't shut the curtains - which meant that everybody could look directly into our bed while... The location is great- right in the middle of the Old City and the staff are very pleasant. However the room was dirty and the ensuite didn't have a roof and the door didn't close properly, meaning there was little privacy when using the bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights then went on an overnight excursion to Halong Bay. When... More

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The room was a big room for a superior double, with a bathroom and balcony. It was great value for money and I would stay here again. The WiFi and location was very good. Our booking was with booking.com, and it advertised free fresh beer in the afternoons. The hotel staff seemed... More

Pros: Friendly staff, cheap price. Thats about it... Tripadvisor, Alibaba website and booking confirmation said free breakfast - No Free Breakfast. "There must be some mistake" we were told. I think not. Alibaba should really update their website if they are no longer offering this service. Website photos are also very out of date - place looks very different now... More

We booked this room because of the price and good reviews. We ended up on the fourth floor with no AC or windows, a TV that didn't work, and only one outlet. Trip advisor said free breakfast and that is false. The hotel said free beer, but it wasn't available when we were there. It was so bad that we... More

We booked this online for $9.25 after taxes. It was the cheapest we could find in Hanoi. Outdated, and slightly dirty. There are no Windows or ac in our room and the bathroom is shared at the end of the hall. The bed is hard like every bed in Vietnam. Staff is friendly.

Tracy is so professional and she helped me and support me during all my stay in Vietnam!!! I booked two good quality tours to Sapa and Halong Bay at best price that I... More

Althought the hotel is a little dated and it's not the cleaness I have seen it's way worth overlooking all of that because the staff is so friendly. They booked us a tour to Sapa with our motorbikes and they brought us to the busstation. After a few days in Ta van (Sapa) we called them and they arranded the... More

We stayed here for a week recently as it's the cheapest place we could find online. Staff are awesome and the rooms while being a bit run down are still comfortable. No elevator so if like us you have tons of luggage get ready to climb some stairs. Still for the price this is great. No luxuries but perfect for... More
