Stayed for 6 nights whilst we toured Hanoi and Halong Bay. We wanted somewhere modern and clean, but didn't want to spend the big $ given it was going to be empty for part of the trip (we left our clothes there whilst visiting Halong Bay). Stayed in the Exec Suite on the 6th floor with a balcony. It was... More

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise through Halong Bay. When we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome and hot Vietnamese tea. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We felt a little pampered. We had the family suite and it was a very... More

By far, one of the best hotels I was hosted in. Hospitality is made by people, not only expensive furniture. The welcome of Liverpool was amazing, he explained us all about Hanoi. Reception 10/10, Breakfast 7/10, enough ;) Room, the first one was a triple, not so much light but very confortable. After 2 days we came back. The second... More

We had the first night in a smallish room, but were upgraded on our return from a night away in Ha Long Bay. This room overlooked the street :) and felt luxurious - spacious and well appointed (air conditioning, wifi, shower, bed all great!). The staff were lovely, and very willing to help. I appreciated the opportunity to shower at... More

We picked up a 30% off deal for this place and it was amazing. Upon arrival we were lucky enough to also be upgraded. Our room was as immaculate and well presented as the staff. It's in a fantastic spot on the Old Quarter and has a pretty good rooftop bar. The staff are the true strength of this place.... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and totally loved it! We arrived late and I had arranged for someone to pick us up. We were 4 hours late and he was still able to come get us! Our room was big enough for me and my husband. Modern furnish and comfy beds! Our view wasn't the best but... More

We arrived late after a long day of travel to be welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Shown to a clean room with a comfortable bed and sleep was peaceful. A wonderful selection for breakfast and I can recommend the egg noodles a great way to start a day of walking Hanoi. Returned to pick up our bags and once... More

We stayed for three nights as part of our Go Asia tour. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our room for our first night was an upgraded room which was larger and had a balcony which was nice - the price was a bit of street noise. The breakfasts are great, with eggs cooked to order. The location is perfect, only... More

I love the hotel, it was located in a small street, just few minutes walk and you can find yourself in the middle of Old quarter, and tasted and smelt all of true Hanoi. I got a free upgrade to deluxe room, so comfortable bed, new and clean room. The hotel staff was amazingly polite and helpful.

I stayed here for three nights during my trip to Vietnam and I was really pleased with my travel agents choice. The staff were really friendly and easy to understand. The location was really central and close to pretty much everything you need. There were a lot of cafes nearby and all the street food just outside! The hotel room... More
