The staff here are so ready and willing to help, it made our stay here a pleasure. It is neat and clean with a good restaurant with roof top views and is close to everything in Hanoi! We actually stayed here twice as the first time was good so we went back on our way out of Hanoi too!

stayed here for 3 nights. Its a decent hotel and the location is good. we booked a trip to Halong bay at the reception. asked for a little discount (3 persons) because we thought it was a bit expensive. "It was" , our fellow Ha long Bay guests payed 50 dollars less per person then us. My verdict: Its a... More

I stayed three nights. The service is fantastic. I felt very special, the staff were concerned one night when I arrived back at the hotel early in the morning and a little tipsy. There is a really good coffee shop just to the left of the front entrence where I was made very welcome by the lady running it. The... More

I've stayed here during my summer holiday in Hanoi. The hotel's location is awesome. The area is quiet enough for a good sleep with a short distance to the city centre. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful trip to Halong bay thanks to their support. The food here is also one of my favourite ever.... More

Not many drivers know the address, especially the driver from the airport. The hotel locates in a quiet area, which is good for your sleep. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The rooftop restaurant is a must. Feeling lucky to have a cooking class with the chef. Mr. Tuan. Definitely I will stay here again

Make sure to go to the original. THE BEST AND MOST EXPANSIVE BREAKFAST 6am - 9 am and they are lenient with times. i showed up 9:45 and still got a omelette. I eat alot and thus had a great time. they are nice to accept storage items as well they allowed me to send packages for storage during my... More

The Hotel is great value: good Location, very friendly staff and a good base for excursions to Ha Long Bay and/or Mai Chau. We returned twice after having spent a night or two on excursions. Very nice restaurant on the 8th floor terrasse. Nearby street food places are very nice too. There's so much to see in Ha Noi, we've... More

We only stayed one night, on a single night stopover between Halong Bay and an early morning flight. The location is very handy to all of the Old Quarter and for the price, the rooms are great! We had paid for a city view, which in retrospect wasn't really worth it as all you could see was across into the... More

Fantastic hotel for value and location. Located within walking distance to all the major sights. The staff are Friendly, Helpful and really make your stay enjoyable. Early morning notices over local loud speakers(a hangover of the past era) are the only minor detraction but part of the Vietnamese fabric. The hotel roof top restaurant and bar are great. Fantastic local... More
