My sister booked this hotel for me away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Hanoi. The rooms are spacious, very clean, quiet and the service is impeccable. I came to Vietnam to deal with my dad who had a stroke here and ended up passing away 2 weeks after my arrival. Everyone has been fantastic especially... More

Great atmosphere. Will go out if there way to help you with any need. Meant to stay 2 nights and booking a further 3. Good place. Food is really good too with great service. Would recommend to people on holiday and also backpackers for a night or two.

We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a... More

The customer service and hospitality was exceptional. The concierge was receptive to our numerous requests for room changes, power adaptors, etc. The hotel staff were friendly and alert, and were helpful with directions and information about the city. Ideal location to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter and various landmarks. I will definitely come again with friends.

Overall a nice hotel stay. Good location in the old quarter. It is close to shopping. Excellent service. Thx ms Hsien. Areas for improvements can be made to the room decor and food in the restaurant could have a wider selection of Vietnamese food.

This hotel is great value and very helpful and friendly staff. we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we visited Halong Bay and Sapa. They helped us call taxi's for the airport. It is in a great location, close to the lake and the water puppet theater.

The breakfast is good to. Sadly the downside was that when we arrived we saw a sign that saod sorry for the noise and that the... More

The front line staff were very helpful and friendly. They were there to help us anytime whenever we needed help. Miss Hien, who was one of them, has given us lots of advice and suggestion and made us so comfortable as this was the first time we visited Hanoi.

Once you get Hanoi you realize is a moving city, when you get to the dragon palace you can find an oasis in this city. Staff the best, helpful, kind, the one one you could expect of a high standard hotel. The value... you get more than you paid. It has delicious restaurant. Won't be disappointed.
