Staying at the hotel was ok. The staff were helpful...not as helpful as other hotels that we have stayed at in Vietnam. The dining room was a bit dark and compact..due to very low ceiling. We decided to book a tour with them to Halong bay. Everything seemed ok. We were surprised how easy it was...until we were on the... More

We booked via Brilliant Halong Cruises who gave us a great price for 2 rooms. It may be a tad hard to find at first but when you are trying to sleep in the middle of the night, you will truly appreciate this quaint modern themed hotel. Don't get me wrong, it is still only a mere 4 mins walking... More

Good location in the Old Quarter, great staff, rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. Breakfast downstairs was very good with enough choices. Upstairs Restaurant reasonably priced and good food. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi
