The Hotel is great value: good Location, very friendly staff and a good base for excursions to Ha Long Bay and/or Mai Chau. We returned twice after having spent a night or two on excursions. Very nice restaurant on the 8th floor terrasse. Nearby street food places are very nice too. There's so much to see in Ha Noi, we've... More

We only stayed one night, on a single night stopover between Halong Bay and an early morning flight. The location is very handy to all of the Old Quarter and for the price, the rooms are great! We had paid for a city view, which in retrospect wasn't really worth it as all you could see was across into the... More

Fantastic hotel for value and location. Located within walking distance to all the major sights. The staff are Friendly, Helpful and really make your stay enjoyable. Early morning notices over local loud speakers(a hangover of the past era) are the only minor detraction but part of the Vietnamese fabric. The hotel roof top restaurant and bar are great. Fantastic local... More

The hotel locates at old quarter for an ease to walk around enjoying Hanoi´s coners. Quite air. Kindly, careful and fantastic staff. Good air-con, bath tube, complements,... Worth the pay. Looking forward for coming back.

Great place. Excellent and very amicable service, very comfortable rooms and convenient location in the old quarter. They even had the courtesy to give a complimentary cake to my friend for its birthday. If you stay 4 nights you get a free commute to the airport (try to negotiate it anyway as an extra if stay less time). Great place... More

If you are only in Hanoi for 24 hours this is a great place to stay in the Old Quarter! Booked for a bargain price we had a clean room looking out at the street... while this isn't a pretty street it is quiet at night which is a bonus considering the traffic in this area of Hanoi! We could... More

Our flight from Ho Chi Minh was a few hours late and even though we hadn't been able to inform the hotel, the hotel car and driver were still there to collect us. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful throughout our stay. Our two rooms (one double and single bed, one double) worked well - despite problems... More
