This hotel is great value and very helpful and friendly staff. we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we visited Halong Bay and Sapa. They helped us call taxi's for the airport. It is in a great location, close to the lake and the water puppet theater.

The front line staff were very helpful and friendly. They were there to help us anytime whenever we needed help. Miss Hien, who was one of them, has given us lots of advice and suggestion and made us so comfortable as this was the first time we visited Hanoi.

Once you get Hanoi you realize is a moving city, when you get to the dragon palace you can find an oasis in this city. Staff the best, helpful, kind, the one one you could expect of a high standard hotel. The value... you get more than you paid. It has delicious restaurant. Won't be disappointed.

My family spent 5 days 4 nights at the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel, and enjoyed our stay greatly. The receptionists were very considerate, especially in the mornings in helping to coordinate with our hotel pick-up arrangements, and ensuring that we have all our belongings upon leaving.

We enjoyed our stay in Rising Dragon Palace Hotel, especially with the warm hearted service from the staff. We encountered delayed with our flight from Saigon to Hanoi, and we just arrived in the city around 10PM. Most of dining places already close and we prefer not to take street food due to hygiene issue. Receptionist was very helpful by... More

The staff here were wonderful, very welcoming. The hotel is clean, the rooms large enough and the buffet breakfast very good. Well located in the old town free wifi, lifts windows in all rooms. There is a very reasonably priced roof top garden with good food, make sure you take a jacket as the restaurant is in the open air... More

We stayed here last week. Great value. excellent staff. Clean comfy beds in a quiet street. The only downside is the food smell from the restaurant that permeates through the room corridors and for guests travelling with older kids or colleagues and need a bit of privacy need to note that the toilet and the shower open out directly into... We recently stayed at the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel. Great location, clean, reasonably priced and good food. I have to make special recommendation as the staff go above and beyond to make sure 'it works out'. Liverpool the concierge was a champion and the rest of the staff so friendly. Recommended
