I was here with my wife and we both loved Hanoi and the staff. Its a nice walking distant to the lake. You get a really nice hotel for the price you pay, and the hotel is around the corner from the famous food street Bat Dan. The staff was really nice and gave us tips on always take the... More

We stayed here for 4 nights 10-14 July. The taxi from the airport cost 500vnd, the return taxi booked through the hotel cost 300vnd. When we checked in we were made very welcome and got given a city map with main attractions highlighted. You were able to walk to the lake and prison museum from the hotel. The rooms were... More

Our room at The Rising Dragon Palace Hotel was modern and charming with a huge balcony overlooking Hanoi. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when it comes to recommendations for restaurants, shopping or arranging trips around Hanoi.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi. It was clean and comfortable and above all, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, Ms Trang (Sandy), Hieu (Liverpool), Hien (Jenny) were extremely professional and knowledgeable; they provided us with excellent recommendations of the activities to do and sights... My friends and I loved this hotel. It was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. I went for breakfast, which is unusual for me, and it was pretty good. There's a restaurant on the roof which is also good and nice nice views over the old town. The air conditioning in the rooms was the best I've experienced... More

I would highly recommend the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel. It was in a great location- on the cutest little street and a little more genuine then right on the lake. Close to everything, comfortable rooms and amazing service- all the staff went above what they needed to and helped us with anything, even if it didn't relate to our hotel... More

I could not speak more highly of this hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic - the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with anything we needed - from assisting with future bookings to recommending things to do in Vietnam. The hotel is in a great location, very close (short walking distance) to... More

This is an excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. All the recommendations that Anna and her team made were great. They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day your. All of the facilities were great and breakfast was very generous.

We were stopping off for one night curing our trip around asia, and this hotel was a very nice and relaxing hotel to stay in. We were travelling with a couple which recently got married, and i told the hotel this- they arranged rose petals and balloons all over their room- they were very pleasantly surprised! Great place, great price... More

Lovely hotel in Old Quarter Hanoi. Easy walk to lake, restaurants and attractions. Super nice staff, good breakfast buffet and lovely rooftop restaurant. Also had a lovely pedicure in the quiet spa next door. Heading back for another night before going to Halong Bay.
