A great value and comfortable hotel in Hanoi's old quarter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In the Old French quarter so right in the thick of it and not far from the must-see bia hoi district.

We had originally booked Rising Dragon Villa Hotel, but they hadn't recieved our booking, so they arranged for us to go to RD Palace Hotel. The taxi was paid for by the hotel and they said we would get the price we had originally agreed with booking.com which was extremely kind! The staff were so friendly and attentive, couldn't have... I've stayed at the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel 2 times now. When i go back to Hanoi that will be my hotel of choice. It's a mid priced Hotel but what makes it stand out from others is it's amazing staff. They helped us organize transport to Sapa, recommended other Hotels in other cities, just went out of their way... More

This is a mid-range hotel and I have rated it accordingly; not attempting to compare it to four or five star hotels. I have stayed there twice, each time on business. The first time I stayed for one week, the second time for three weeks. It is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and is reasonably close to many... More

Stayed there for 5 nights stay during our recent trip. Very value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, beds were comfy, shower has the appropriate pressure. We travelled in a group of 4, 2 guys and 2 ladies. We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff, Trang, she was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what... More

Rising Dragon Palace is a great hotel. The bed is comfortable, shower has good pressure and there was conditioner as well as shampoo which I was pleasantly surprised with! We had our first meal in Vietnam on the top floor of the hotel at the restaurant there and it was delicious! However, what made the hotel excellent was the attentive... More

Stayed for 6 nights whilst we toured Hanoi and Halong Bay. We wanted somewhere modern and clean, but didn't want to spend the big $ given it was going to be empty for part of the trip (we left our clothes there whilst visiting Halong Bay). Stayed in the Exec Suite on the 6th floor with a balcony. It was... More

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise through Halong Bay. When we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome and hot Vietnamese tea. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We felt a little pampered. We had the family suite and it was a very... More

By far, one of the best hotels I was hosted in. Hospitality is made by people, not only expensive furniture. The welcome of Liverpool was amazing, he explained us all about Hanoi. Reception 10/10, Breakfast 7/10, enough ;) Room, the first one was a triple, not so much light but very confortable. After 2 days we came back. The second... More

We had the first night in a smallish room, but were upgraded on our return from a night away in Ha Long Bay. This room overlooked the street :) and felt luxurious - spacious and well appointed (air conditioning, wifi, shower, bed all great!). The staff were lovely, and very willing to help. I appreciated the opportunity to shower at... More
