Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We stated in room 308. The room was moderne and clean. We had new bottles of water everyday. Same with fresh towels. The breakfest was excellent. I feel that we had a great value at this hotel. They are cheaper alternatives in hanoi but I feel it was worth it. However, if you want... More

Staying at the hotel was ok. The staff were helpful...not as helpful as other hotels that we have stayed at in Vietnam. The dining room was a bit dark and compact..due to very low ceiling. We decided to book a tour with them to Halong bay. Everything seemed ok. We were surprised how easy it was...until we were on the... More

We booked via Brilliant Halong Cruises who gave us a great price for 2 rooms. It may be a tad hard to find at first but when you are trying to sleep in the middle of the night, you will truly appreciate this quaint modern themed hotel. Don't get me wrong, it is still only a mere 4 mins walking... More
