PROS: - Free beer hour - Free breakfast - Air conditioning - power outlet next to beds - helpful and friendly staff CONS: - Hard beds - Not quiet - depends the scene you're looking for. Can't say anything bad about this place, but it's nothing over-the-top amazing. Good, not great. It's has everything you'd need and is priced well.... More

Great stay. The from room was clean, comfy-ish beds and bathroom was really nice. Staff very friendly and even knew everyone's names before you arrived. Breakfast was a bread roll with a banana and some jam so not bad. Really recommended for travellers as a great location.

This hostel was great for us. It was centrally located, clean, and had very friendly staff. We got the double room, not the dorm rooms so we had more than enough space and big bathroom, perfect for us after traveling for a month in India. The room had AC which worked perfectly and wifi was spotty at times but good... More

Arrived at 4 am in the morning. The poor guy greeting me was friendly and got me sorted as I had to wait til 10 to check in and get a bed. Back bar easy to chill out in and hilarious / meaningful reads on the graffitied wall/ roof/ bathrooms / anywhere . Reception bathroom also convenient. 4 computers to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and booked the ha long bay tour through them. The tour was incredible, and the hostel was a great place to meet other travelers. Staff super friendly and helpful, free beer at night, clean rooms and a good spot all together. Highly recommended

Could not have asked for a better trip through the Ha Long bay. 2nights, 3 days and was an exceptional time. The food was brilliant and there was a lot of it, the accommodation was perfect, the boat was even better and the itinerary was great. Overall, we had a really good trip with great company! I highly recommend this... More

When we first arrived in Vietnam we were both ill and felt awful (me and my friend are both girls, aged 19) - the hostel car came and picked us up from the airport, already waiting when we arrived and took us straight there. Despite the fact that we arrived early in the morning they had a room ready for... More

For only $5 a night it is an absolute bargain, I'd been travelling around China for a month beforehand and this was certainly the best hostel in terms of value and atmosphere. The free beer is a good idea but is the worst beer you will ever taste, however it is a great idea to meet people and when a... More

This was my first stop in Vietnam and we only planned to stay for 3 nights... Ended up being 11 days! The hostel is clean and the beds arent too uncomfortable, the shower was great and the washroom was only shared with the people in your doom/floor, so youre not sharing with the whole building! The staff are really friendly... More

Not to bad, found abit pricey for what was involved there. Stayed two nights when trying to book a third the staff basically said nope we are full and sent me on my way, didn't make any effort to help out in finding new accommodation. Ah it's a place to go hang out with other backpackers, the pub crawls fun.
