I normally booked 2 nights, but because of the weather They offered me to do the Trips First and get the 2 nd night when im coming back. The rooms are nice as well, one room on one Level. The... The most friendly staff I have encountered and that's saying a lot as I have been backpacking for 8 months. Clean rooms and plugs for each bed. Safety deposit boxes in the room for each bunk that have there own locks so you don't need to have one with you. Great location and awesome balcony's. TV playing good shows and... More

I've stayed for four nights in this hostel and the staff made my stay even more comfortable especially when I was sick for couple days. They clean the rooms every day and support a laundry service as well. The hostel is very well located in the central and all the shops and restaurants are just a short walking distance away.... Central Backpackers Hostel in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi was the central command hub as we ventured to discover the different regions in northern and central Vietnam. We began our trip there and returned after each adventure to the different must-see destinations in the country. The staff was excellent, friendly, and always helpful; the rooms were a... More

Met loads of great people. Free beer on evenings between certain hours. Clean rooms, no worries of bed bugs. Staff were great and really helpful with organising tours and trips. No matter how hungover you are, they've seen it all before. Definitely recommend!

This hostel is really good. I stayed here for 7 times already with in total more than 25 days. The rooms are big and cleaned daily. The shower (a brainpower) is a lifesaver. With enough water for everybody. The breakfast is included. It's a simple breakfast but it gets you started for the day. The best thing here is the... More

I quite liked this location. Nice big warm shower and clean beds. Don't expect too much from the mattresses they are hard in most places in Vietnam :p. Personnel is very helpful and they will show you around where to go in Hanoi and even help you park your bike or in my case let it be parked in front..... More

I think this has been the best hostel I ever stayed in, what an unexpected surprise! The rooms are super tidy and really well equipped with lockers and nice interior. But the best of all is the staff, especially Huong, who has been such a help in organising my trip. She is a real pearl in this ocean of chaos,... More
