Pros: - Exceptionally clean and well presented hotel - Friendly staff - Wifi connection works well - Spacious rooms Cons: - The shower room have glass walls. If you are in a shared room and one person goes the bathroom at midnight, you will be awaken by the light. - At the time of stay, there was hotel construction and... More

We visited Hanoi for 4 days and what an experience! If you want peace and quiet Hanoi is it e place for you, however the Tirant Hotel is a very peaceful hotel right in the centre of the Old Quarter and very clean and convenient. The check in process was very easy and staff were very pleasant, bringing cups of tea and giving... We stayed here as part of an organised tour of Vietnam recently. I was initially a bit worried as when we are travelling independently we usually book into 4/5 star hotels and we do like our creature comforts! I have to say, though, for a little hotel it was great. The room was a good size with a more than... More

Right between the Old Quarter and Hoa Kiem Lake, the Tirant Hotel is somewhere I would definitely go back to if in Hanoi! Great service, awesome room, comfy bed. Walking distance to the great shops, bars and restaurants the old quarter has to offer. 5 star service for 3-4 star price!

The staff here are incredible! We stayed here for two weeks on business, and we couldn't have been happier. It truly started to feel like our second home and that's because of the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and a delight to talk to. James and Bella, in particular, went above and beyond!!! James sat with us for hours... More

We moved here after checking into a hotel we weren't happy with and feel so lucky to have been able to get a room. We stayed twice, first in their 'cheapest' room (without a window) This didn't bother us at all, we found the room cosy and still very clean. Next we stayed in a larger room with was also... More

It isn't fair to give the Tirant less than a 5 star rating because of the building works which will be finished by the end of August and I am sure the result will be worth it. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way. Yes, at present the building works are quite noisy, especially since we were on... More

We were there whilst the building work was going on in the pool area. This didn't bother us in the slightest as all construction occurs during controlled hours during the day. Breakfast is excellent and staff really helpful in helping us book our halong bay trip! Great hotel and great people

We stayed here for 2 days which was not long enough, the hotel is in the heart of the old quarter a although there was some work being carried out in the hotel at the time ( which should be finished soon) and although we had a couple of hiccups - lost phone etc our stay was fantastic and the... My family and I stayed at the Tirant hotel in July and had a great time. We had rooms next door to each other which we had requested. Both our rooms were large and our room had the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel and our windows literally were up... More
