Check in was a bit lengthy as there were multiple bookings under my name... But it was ok... I was upgraded to the suite room... Which was a great room... The staff were all friendly and responsive... The highlight was on the breakfast... I am not the person who eats a lot for breakfast... So great breakfast for me is... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, only downside for us that about 07:00 there was street PA telling something we stayed in room 206 all windows closed so unlikely that good double glazing was used. The hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and so was the bar. There a pool but looks dated but clean. Staff was great we booked... More

My friend and I stayed in the deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was not included in our rate, however we ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant as it was easy since we had early tours arranged each day. The prices were approximately $10 - $15 for... We have no complaints about this hotel, it is comfortable, good location, excellent personnel and the rain shower has good pressure. The only reason for it getting four stars is because we think it is a bit overdone on the "opera" side. We understand it is an "opera" theme hotel but it do felt a bit strange of walking into... Stayed 4 nights in first week of August with family and in-laws. We had 3 rooms. Great hotel. Kids loved the pool. Soft beds. Really close to the opera house. Walked to sword lake every morning for Vietnamese coffee. In fact, we walked to most locations from the hotel.

Spent a total of 3 nights here. The overall look and feel of the hotel is fantastic, great to stay somewhere with a bit of personality and character. Staff were always helpful and friendly whenever asked. Highly recommend a room that overlooks the courtyard and not the street. The street noise is SO loud it sounds like the windows are... More

Unfortunately with each day of our stay it was getting worst. After first sleepless night in the room facing the street we... More
