The room my mum and I got was one of the smallest rooms we've ever had where as you open the door you are immediately in contact with the bed. But never mind that, the ridiculous stench from someone smoking in the room had made it the worst room you could ever get and what we did was just rather... More

My girlfriend and I stumbled on this place upon arriving in Hanoi. We had frozen like bunnies in headlights in the middle of the road as we tried weave out way through the chaotic Hanoi traffic. Their bellboy rushed out and fetched us a cool drink each whilst we recovered. The lady at the desk said they had rooms available... More

We have just returned from a trip to Cambodia and Vietnam and stayed in the Nova Hotel for four nights. We were in a number of hotels during our three week trip. Some of them were better appointed, with bigger rooms, more facilities etc than the Nova Hotel, but this was by far our favourite hotel. The reason is the... More

I've stayed at the Nova Hotel for 5 nights at the end of a three week holiday in Vietnam, and it was really amazing. This truly was the best hotel experience I had during the whole journey. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they were able to give me excellent directions for food, shopping, sightseeing, etc. In addition, they... More

Flying into Hanoi I was greeted by the Hotels pick-up driver late at night. There was a cacophany of sight and sounds that seemed intimidating to the weary first time traveller to Vietnam, but as soon as I was dropped of and entered the lobby i was instantly made to feel at home. So close to it all but quiet... More

Whilst the hotel was great, with an excellent location and view (we had the Vega suite with balcony), it has to be said that Henry Lee and his team were superb. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel relaxed and they provided more than enough useful information on things for us to do in Hanoi. Can not... More

I stayed 3 different times at Nova for a few nights each. Each time I came through the door I was welcomed like an old friend. The staff works hard to make sure you are not only pleased with their service, but pleased with your visit to Hanoi and Vietnam. The rooms are clean, neat, and have great wifi. The... More

Great stay at hotel, we were upgraded for no extra charge, the staff were very attentive and couldn't help you enough, and a great breakfast to boot with passion fruit juice yum. Great value for money especially in a capital city.

This is my first ever review of a hotel but I was so impressed by Nova that I decided I had to pass it on. This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff. We used this hotel as a base to travel out and come back to Hanoi. From the first moment we walked through the door we felt... More
