The location of this hotel is near everything there is to see in Hanoi. We were greeted with cold beverages every time we came through the door which was greatly appreciated since it was 107 outside! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor and had a private balcony. It was awesome to watch... More

I stayed in the Nova hotel recently and I cannot rate this Hotel highly enough. Hanoi is a crazy town and I did not expect such a wonderful welcome. The staff are so friendly. I'm not great on names but thank you to Simon, Henry, Thomas and that wonderful beautiful receptionist in the evening time! The rooms were clean and... More

We had a lovely stay in this hotel in between trips. All smiles means all smiles, staff were very friendly and helpful. We like to mention Thomas especially as he was just great! He even taught me how to fold the napkins! Transfers to and from the airport were good and also a tour we organised was very well guided.... More

I have recently moved to Hanoi for 6 months and stayed at Nova Hotel for two weeks while looking for an apartment. It was recommended by a friend who stays here when she's in Hanoi and I couldn't have found a better place to stay. I originally booked their most basic room, but when I arrived I realized that the... More

I've stayed here 3 times, after my arrival, after my SAPA trip and after my Ha Long Bay trip. Normally, it's something I would never do, but this place was the best. The staff is so friendly, I have no words for it. On my birthday the manager apologized for not know it was my birthday (how could he know?!?)... More

My second visit to Nova and keeps getting better and even more comfortable and difficult to leave. Best way for me to review it second time without repeating myself is to describe a couple day to day situations. I arrived this past Friday for a 4 day business trip. Henry and Staff were waiting for me with their genuine greetings... More

The best things about this place are the location (central, in the busy Old Quarter, within an easy if sweaty walk to most sights) and the amazing staff. Henry (manager) & Lan (on reception) deserve medals for their attention to service, as does the porter whose name I didn't get sadly. They were 100% attentive and helpful. They allowed, nay... More

We stayed at a number of places in the area, some claiming amazing reviews which were very busy. This ranked the best - friendly, clean, lovely rooms, comfortable, a gem! We were a walk in booking and they couldn't have been more accommodating, showing us the room, taking care of our bags, feeding us and helping us to arrange transport.... More

We stayed at the Nova Hotel for 6 nights. I had read the reviews and booked online from Australia. When we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the most friendliest of staff. I cant just mention one staff member as they were excellent. Booked us on tours when we asked, let us know a new place to eat every... More
