We loved our stay at Nova Hotel. The attentive and friendly staff made it an absolute pleasure. They were eager to assist in organising tours, particularly Mr Ryan the manager, and answered all our questions clearly. We highly recommend the homestay in Sapa! The breakfast, location and spacious rooms were all excellent. Thank you!

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi it's an oasis for the weary traveller. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help you in any way they could. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Generous breakfast and help with taxis, directions, recommendations.

Great hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. We ordered takeaway delivery one night and one of the staff brought it to our room all plated up! They are so kind and seem very genuine, especially the lovely ladies on reception. Based very central... More

We stayed hear due to the other hotel being fully booked, and ended up extending our stay 3 days here. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, they had complimentary water and tea in your rooms stocked daily. If your like me and only using it as a base to sleep then the rooms are perfect, if your more into... More

The staf is very friendly and cares a lot. They organized an airportshuttle for a fair price (15 USD). The rooms were clean. The location is near the old quater and in walking distance to the mausuleum. The price was 450.000 Dong. They have new rooms and a little older ones.

Nova Hotel has beautiful rooms with very helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to give us information about Hanoi, whether it was about things to do or places to eat at. They offer a number of tour packages which can be a little overwhelming to hear about all the time, rather ask about the tours you're interested in.... More

Many have written positive reviews for this little hotel and it's all true - great location, good price, clean rooms with comfortable beds. But the best thing about this hotel is their staff. They work so hard and were always eager to help. Some reviewer said breakfast was so so but I disagree. Their eggs were excellent and their service... More

We spent a total of 6 nights at Nova. We found it well positioned in the old quater, clean and staff were very helpful. In between staying there we did 4.days in theSapa/Bac Ha area and another trip to Halong Bay. We were able to leave most of our baggage at the hotel when on trips. Ryan provided useful advice... We spent one night in the Nova hotel and even got an upgrade for free to a deluxe room. It was quite big and had nice furniture, but the bed was a little hard and the bathroom was small and looked worn out. Still it was a comfortable stay. There was a little street noise but sleeping ws no problem.... More

Great location, the best free breakfast we've had in Vietnam and the most friendly staff we have ever come across. We recommend their trips to Halong Bay with Pelican cruises but Sapa trip was a little expensive compared to other places in the city.
