The room was small, but clean, also the bathroom. Breakfast is fully ok, you can have a Choice of different dishes. Wifi is not always working properly, but as I was on Holiday I did not bother. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they also helped me to Arrange a transfer from Da Nang Airport to my Hotel in Hoi... More

We were welcomed at the hotel with a drink and a chat with the manager who was very friendly. The staff here go out of their way to help you with travel plans, booking Halong Bay tours and pointing out the best places to eat in Hanoi. They also looked after our bags for us when we went to Halong... More

We got the hotel car from the airport which saved the hassle of finding a taxi and it seemed to be at a rate lower that the normal taxis. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they showed us so good places to eat. Try the restaurant next door and the grilled pork and rice noodle place a couple of blocks... More

Room was very good for location and prize (would normally deserve better ranking). The staff, especially the manager was very much exaggerating in their way of welcoming the guests. Definitely a question of taste like the ranking shows, for us it was just too much of put-on friendliness. If it comes to tour booking (Halong Bay etc.) this friendliness was... More

The location is walking distance to everything you'd want to see, we never had to use a taxi. Breakfast was filling and had a choice of western or Vietnamese. The staff aren't pushy they hand you a map and mark all the attractions within walking distance.

Very small boutique hotel in middle of old town, extremely good value, an oasis in this area. Its amazing how narrow the building is, made the rooms compact, but they seemed to fit everything in! Extremely friendly and very helpful staff on all shifts. I would stay here again for sure.

We arrived in to Vietnam early in the morning and took the bus straight to this great little hotel, where we greeted with a drink and plenty of information. The friendly, helpful staff allowed us to check in early and even invited us to an early Christmas celebration in the hotel reception area. Pho for breakfast was amazing, as were... More

Very nice hotel in the old part of the city. The staff is very helpful and nice and speaks English. Choice between soup and baguette with eggs made to your choice for breakfast. Some rooms don't have windows facing outside, you should ask for room with window at reservation. There is a travel agency in the hall with very engaged... More
