I cannot stress enough how phenomenal the service was during our stay at Indochina Queen II hotel. The people who work at Indochina were so kind and friendly, especially Ms. Hoa! They were all extremely attentive to our every need. We both had bad colds during our stay and they really took care of us- even gave us medicine and... More

The hotel is in a good position within the old quarter, at walking distance from the lake and the shopping area. The staff is really very kind and helpful and they can arrange for you also some tours, at reasonable price. The room was really big and clean, even if furniture looks a bit vintage. The breakfast is not very... More

Great breakfast service, good wifi, nice accommodation and clean toilets. The building is a bit old, but it's clean and the quality/price ratio is good. It's definitely the perfect choice for a couple of days. It's also close to the main shops and the night market, which makes it a strategic location for all the shoppers.

Five star this Hotel is not but it is clean, safe and the staff friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean. Dont give much for the breakfast but ok. Can book tours from Hotel and being in the old area you can walk to most areas if your game with crazy traffic. Enjoy your stay.

Stayed here last week after seeing it on a flash deal. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and I stayed at the deluxe room for a reasonable $10 a night. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. The only bad point really was they didn't know where my passport was upon checking out so after searching through the bag for... More

The place is very nice and it's cheap enough. The staff really nice and helpful. In our room the television did not work and the aircon would not turn off with the remote. The fridge is noisy. They advertise that there is a restaurant in the hotel. In the evening we went in there and we ordered our food. She... More

Don't expect anything amazing but overall a good room. AC worked (it doesn't in all hotels!) and room was clean, though the previous person had been smoking so the smell was still there - not too sure if I can blame this on the hotel. Breakfast food is alright and staff are helpful but do not always speak English. We... More
