A nice simple hotel. Not much to say about it except that it's location is great, you are literally in the centre of it all! A nice place just to get your head down. Breakfast is not much to write home about but make sure you get the big loaf of bread.

We had a bad start as our airport pickup didnt show up and we had to get here very late at night. But during our stay they made up for this! Very nice rooms, although the balcony is really french style, so small. Everything very clean and lots of towels, soaps, shampoo etc. Also a very nice hot shower! Breakfast... More

We stayed here for a couple of days and it ended up in a good stay. At first we weren't very happy since our airport pick up didn't show up and they put is in a family room with less walking space and a balcony packed with aircons. We chose for this hotel and the luxury room because it had... More

From arrival to departure, the staff were polite and friendly throughout. The staff speak good English and the young girl who is often at reception is particularly kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than planned and had to wait 30 minutes for our room. This was no problem for us. We received some coffee and staff members chatted with us... More

Very central location to restaurants and shops, particularly good restaurant next door, the Mandrin cafe. Large downstairs area which was great for breakfast and meeting people. Very welcoming reception and help from Ms Khanh.

A small boutique hotel in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter which has provided us with excellent services. The hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The tour services arranged by the hotel to Halong Bay and Sapa were marvellous. Most importantly, the professional and friendly hotel staffs were the ones who made our trip such a wonderful... More
