Perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Right in the Old Quarter but situated in a small alley, so the place is quiet during the night. The family who ownes the place is very friendly. They helped us with a great Ha Long Bay tour for wich we payed less then the other people on the same tour. When we came... More

It's a great value for money. Rooms are very good for the price and the service is excellent. If you are on a budget in Hanoi, then this is the place. Definitely try the pho bo, it was the best one we tried in town.

A lovely traditional hotel right in the middle of the old quarter. Out room was large and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The manager Hung was charming. We will come again. They even kept solving problems for me & my girlfriend days after we had left Hanoi. Couldn`t have asked for anything better. They are always ready & willing to help however they can. Very friendly... More

We had to leave this hotel because it was too noisy. Noise from other rooms and from the street penetrates the walls very easily. In addition, you will have to carry your luggage over several flights of stairs (there's no elevator but many stories) and the washrooms can be small (at least ours was). It is possible to find far... More

Also they offered us a room when we came back from Mai Chau and we had to wait for the nighttrain. We could use the... More

We stayed here at this hotel for one night after the halong bay tour. The staff was kind enough to arrange a taxi for us to the airport the next morning, half the price we paid when booking the taxi via the tour office. The rooms were clean and adequate, and the rates were very decent. The hotel is centrally... More
