We got to the airport and there was someone there to escot us to the hotel. It was situated in a small lane, away from the main roads which was perfect because the noise level was considerably lower. Stayed at this excellent hotel in January 2012. Rooms were very clean and laptop was provided in room. Very good location in back street - Walking distance to main sites. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful. Arranged trip to Halong Bay which was fantastic. Very good breakfast. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to friends. I stayed here on a study abroad trip for a week at a time on and off for a month. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and more than willing to help with anything.
