Great location in the old historic part of Hanoi, in an easy walking distance to many attractions. Room is very nice decorated with a lovely bathroom. The room even have a laptop with free internet. Staff speaks english very well and are very helpfull, would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money. More

As we planned a cruise in Halong Bay we needed to find accommodation where we could also leave our luggage for a few days. The Hanoi Spring Hotel II handled this very well: without any charge we could leave most of our luggage in the hotel. The hotel itself can be described as some another reviewer wrote: clean but basic.... More

Stayed here with on and off for a month and loved it. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of options to choose from and the juice was always fresh. The hotel staff loved practicing English with all of us and was willing to help us with anything we needed (getting minutes for cell phones, directions, and calling... More

We stayed at this excellent hotel on our first trip to Vietnam. It has all the advantages you always look for: great location (beside the cathedral, at the Old Quarter, 5 min from the lake), good price, tidy, clean and big rooms, tasty breakfast and great staff. Airport pick-up is free and they can arrange everything for you (taxis, water... More

Arriving late into Hanoi, the driver was there to collect us from airport as promised. Our welcome at hotel wasn't as warm or as helpful as we'd hoped for but it was late at night...staff during the day were of more help. Our double standard room was clean and spacious, albeit on the top floor. Breakfast was very nice -... More

Am getting a bit concerned about the accuracy of tripadvisor. In the past it rarely let me down. This hotel highlights my recent gripes. In no way is this a 5 star hotel. The location is good, staff are decent (Ms Tran is excellent but other staff are not) but it looks very very tired for a 1 year old... More

Ms Tran and her staff at the Hanoi Spring II Hotel made our arrival in Vietnam perfect. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and took us to the hotel where our family room was ready for us. The room was big enough for the five of us (with one extra bed) and it was nice to have... More

This hotel just excellent. Newly built or renovated, great location, next to st.Joseph Cathedral, and a great Belgian restaurant called Le Petit Bruxelles as well as few great cafes next door. Thank's to the great hospitality lead by Ms. Tran. Well done guys! Who needs a big hotel chain when you can find this lovely petite hotel. More

We booked the Hotel via agoda and were surprised that we could get such a great room for in total 40USD. Usually we don't stay in this kind of hotels but firstly the reviews on trip advisor and secondly the price let us choose the hotel. And it was worth it. For the breakfast you can even choose between several... More
