I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are quiet (i think is difficult to find quiet rooms at hanoi), comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and restaurant are ok. It's located near downtown, but the few blocks far enough for a more quiet stay (but we went to downtown walking one night,no more than... More

We got a room with a queen bed. The room had an unpleasant smell. It gives me the feeling of uncleanliness. I had to use my body spray to spray around the room. Also it was difficult to get in and out of the bathtub. I was afraid of slipping because of poor design or layout of the bathroom. Breakfast... More

The main draw back with this hotel is the location. It is a good 10-15 minute difficult walk to the lake and other main attractions. We booked this hotel for the swimming pool which was tiny, did not look clean and had several dead insects floating in it. The sunbeds were tired and did not have any cushions nor were... More

This hotel was booked for us as part of a private car tour from HCMC to Hanoi. It is a comfortable hotel in a fairly convenient spot. The room was quite large and the bathroom good. The glass partitions between the bathroom and the bedroom are not a problem as there are full-length blinds that can be pulled down. The... More

I always stay at this excellent relatively new city-centre hotel during my regular visits to Hanoi and have just returned from another long stay there (winter 2012-13) - it was agreeably busy and the place is clearly popular with international visitors, both couples/families and moderate sized tour groups. It's evident that the Prestige managerment is committed to maintaining high levels... More

Rooms: We were fortunate to have our two rooms upgraded to Deluxe Suites (one king and one twin + extra single). These rooms were larger than average with a two 'his and hers' basins in the bathroom. Getting out of the shower/bath is awkward due to the deep bath, and could be regarded as a safety hazard. Hand rails on... More

We booked the Presige Hotel since we were arriving in Hanoi late and leaving arly on a Halong Bay cruise. The hotel was minutes from the pick up so we thought we would try it. Before we arrived i was a bit concerned that the hotel would be very basic but I was pleasantly surprised. The Staff were delightful, they... More

Nice hotel rooms more of the standard hotel size, bathroom is roomy with a separate shower. The only downfall is that the carpet in the rooms could have been steam cleaned to remove past stains. Staff are friendly and try to assist with your every need. The bar staff could not cope with a group of 15 quickly but we... More
