Our OAT group stayed here and I was glad we got the upgrade. At first I thought it would be very noisy (my room was right on the street corner) but the pop-up night vendors disappear around 10:00 p.m. and it gets very quiet then. My room was smallish but I loved the fresh fruit they put out and of... More

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Everything what you need are provided in the room. Breakfast is very variety in Vietnamese food and international food. There is not much to do around the hotel. The Lake is far about 2 km. The room is not silent. You can hear noise from the next door room and outside the hotel.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. However, there is not much to do around the hotel. There are a lot of vendors on the pavements. Much more to do at the Old Quarter, this hotel is in the French Quarter. You have to take the taxi to the lake, Old Quarter and other tourist attractions. Make sure you are familiar... More

This hotel is representative of the class of less expensive places that tourists may find acceptable. It has its downsides, for example, if you stay here in winter the heat may be on but your particular temperature history may dictate that cooling is desired unlike the locals who thrive on heat and wear jackets at 77 F. The breakfast is... More

We arrived here after a long flight to a well appointed hotel. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and everything you need in the bathroom. Wifi was readily available and a wide choice of English TV if you need TV on holidays. Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. Fresh fruit was placed in the room each morning, along... More

We ended up in this hotel after the May De Ville in the old quarter was not able to honour our booking. The staff here were very apologetic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. Comfortable beds and breakfast was... More

Well-located hotels for shops and restaurants. Rooms are variable in size but well appointed with tea/coffee maker, TV, wifi. Breakfast had a fair assortment of choice. No swimming pool. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Their rooms are clean and has very nice interior design. The toilet is clean and with basic ammenities like shampoo, soap, disposable comb and razor. Their rooms also have a flat screen cable TV and Wii-fi internet access (although definitely needs some upgrading so better to bring your own notebook if possible; they also have 3 public computers in the... Hanoi is a bustling city, and some areas are quite crowded and noisy. While this May de Ville is situated right at an intersection, it is in one of the quieter neighborhoods. The rooms are very comfortable, and well suited to Western tastes. The lobby sits up overlooking the intersection, and is a good place to sip on a drink... More

This hotel is small, but has incredible internet speed from free wifi. Upload and download speed up to 30 mbps, amazing. unfortunately, breakfast menu is not much choice. Room was very clean, hot water function properly.
