Lovely room with nice amenities. The breakfast was varied and eggs were cooked to order. The hotel is very nice and there are some nice streets to walk along in the area however, I think the interesting part of Hanoi is the old quarter and this hotel is a little bit far (perhaps a 20 minute walk). There is a... More

The room was so cold. The ac faced the bed and the air hit us as it reflected off the bedhead. In the early hours of the morning i tried sleeping on the couches in reception. I just couldnt get to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Location is just a short walk to the Old Quarter and nightmarket.

Well situated. Clean, fully serviced rooms, but most of all, friendly, efficient staff. Roof top beer garden quiet and well above any traffic noise. Close to various restaurants and places of interest. The front desk and doormen were specially helpful in advising and guiding us. All spoke some English which was invaluable as neither of us spoke Vietnamese. Will surely... More

It's located near to tourist area but not crowded, a few decent restaurant near by walking distance. Bell boy is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many selection. Room is normal as 3 star hotel but price is too high.

The hotel is located at an intersection, thus if you are a light sleeper,it is hard to avoid the honking of cars and motorbikes which start as early as 5am through well past midnight. The reception desk staff were very helpful to show locations of interests, provided a map along with their detailed description. Thumbs up for that service. We stayed there... More

I visited. Hanoi ten years ago and stayed at a boutique hotel near the lake.Much has now changed although the remnants of French influence are still evident and I am much delighted with the parks and boulevards, the open air cafés,and many choices for food and relaxations. This hotel enjoys good location, trained and courteous staff but I find the bed too... Very nice hotel with pleasant staff who speak English. Breakfast is very plentiful with many options. The location to the city sites is also ideal. The rooms have windows with natural light and they can be opened if you want to acclimatise and have a break from air conditioning. I would stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location - right in the middle of the Old Quarter, close to the lake, so lots of interest in very close walking distance. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Not great on storage space - only a wardrobe, so we ended up having to use the suitcases as drawer-substitutes. Other reviews rave about... More

My son and I stayed 3 days at this 3 star hotel. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. Wifi and breakfast (western and Vietnamese) were included in the price. But what stood out was the service. The staff was not very fluent in English but always had a smile on their face and were extremely helpful when we... More

We stayed in a group in the hotel. The room was rather cramped and had a partition wall in one corner with the dressing table there. There was very little place to move about. The swimming pool on the terrace is though very small but is quite refreshing after a tiring day. The staff is always smiling and serve with... More
