We were relocated to this hotel when there were a water issue at the original hotel we booked. Although it was just one night, it was an awful experience. Our room reeked of mold and there was clearly something wrong with the pipes because the bathroom smelled like sewage. Putting the lid of the toilet down helped slightly. Beyond this,... More

I stayed here during a 3 day, 2 night business trip to Hanoi and I couldn't have been happier! The staff were friendly and bi-ligual, the room was large enough to be classed as a mini suite in Ireland, the bed comfortable, room service prompt and tasty, the location perfect for experiencing Hanoi on a very short trip and over... The location of this hotel was ideal. It was in the heart of the old quarter with everything at your finger tips. Location really could not be any better. We only paid $30 aud a night so dont expect a fantastic hotel. It was clean enough , breakfast was great, rooms were of a good size, WiFi worked good, for... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in total with a trip to Halong Bay in the middle. We couldn't fault the hotel at all, lovely friendly staff, very clean, comfy room, good breakfast and smack bang in the middle of all the action of the Old Quarter. 2 excellent restaurants nearby that are both well worth going too; no 96... We stayed 2 nights, the room we had on our first night smelled a bit when we checked in, we opened the windows thinking this may clear the odour as we didn't want to complain, when we returned in the evening it wasn't too bad but the noise was too great so we had to close the window, very soon... we stayed for one night on our way to Sapa; we were in room 410 which was very noisy and I believe the source of other poor reviews as you could see electrical wiring behind a glass screen in the shower! Breakfast was fine for the price, when we checked out we requested a different room on our return, 4... More

Currently sitting in the foyer waiting for our transport to the airport and had to take a moment to review this lovely hotel. It is in a great spot for the sights of Hanoi, a few minutes walk to the lake, the night market and the water puppets. Excellent location, wonderful staff, very clean rooms and the breakfasts were fantastic!... More

Reasonable 4 star hotel that has been refreshed in the last year, with modern rooms with good air conditioning and a reasonable breakfast selection. It's situated in the old part of Hanoi so it's close to the lake and the restaurants. Everything is clean and well laid out both in the rooms and downstairs. The pool is currently closed as... More
