In the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi and close to Lake Hoan Kiem. The staff are obliging and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. Nearby is an excellent place for pho ga (chicken noodle soup)-it's across the T junction at a diagonal and slightly to the right.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great quality hotel in ideal location to access all old quarter sights. We received an upgrade to a suite room which was enormous with heaps of storage space. Staff were incredibly helpful. Able to leave excess luggage for side trips to Sapa and Halong Bay.

Great location, great rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel, it is so close to everything - markets, water puppets, night markets, plenty of restaurants and street markets all a close walking distance. Nothing negative to say

The staff were welcoming, chipper and always willing to go above and beyond (we asked for a DVD player and they installed a home theatre system), the location couldn't be better for access to Old Quarter and vendors literally outside the door, there was water damage in the corner of the ceiling and we had a cold shower on our... Early morning construction with Jack hammers and drills spoil any ambiance otherwise present. First the pros: pleasant, helpful, and friendly staff. Received a room upgrade upon arrival. Large, spacious room.Hotel provides bookings for all local tourist attractions that are reasonably priced. Nice central location in old market wit easy walk to Lake Keim, night market, and plenty of shopping. Morning breakfast... More

We loved this hotel, it's more like a boutique hotel and located right in the Old Quarter. We are backpackers and had booked this hotel as a treat so coming from Guesthouses to this was luxury for us! The rooms were super clean and included everything you needed. Room service was great, hot showers, facilities, minibar, television, wifi and a... More

Stayed here for one night before returning to our regular Ha Noi hotel, just for a change. Hotel is well located near Hoan Kiem Lake and tourist area. Hotel has recently been extended, and that is obvious on the 10th floor where the restaurant and pool are located; works not yet complete, pool out of service. Our room was spacious... More

We were relocated to this hotel when there were a water issue at the original hotel we booked. Although it was just one night, it was an awful experience. Our room reeked of mold and there was clearly something wrong with the pipes because the bathroom smelled like sewage. Putting the lid of the toilet down helped slightly. Beyond this,... More

I stayed here during a 3 day, 2 night business trip to Hanoi and I couldn't have been happier! The staff were friendly and bi-ligual, the room was large enough to be classed as a mini suite in Ireland, the bed comfortable, room service prompt and tasty, the location perfect for experiencing Hanoi on a very short trip and over... The location of this hotel was ideal. It was in the heart of the old quarter with everything at your finger tips. Location really could not be any better. We only paid $30 aud a night so dont expect a fantastic hotel. It was clean enough , breakfast was great, rooms were of a good size, WiFi worked good, for... More
