The hotel is located in a reasonable location. The rooms are clean and air con is quiet, Watch you don't get a room that has allowed smoking...aught! staff are helpful. Free wifi. Breakfast is a bit sparse, more fruit would be nice. Don't rely on wake up calls, tried twice and once they never called and the second time they... More

We could not have found a better hotel to stay at in Hanoi. The staff is very accommodating - Mr. Thanh went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. Another great perk about this hotel is their buffet style breakfast starting every morning at 6:30, great spread including traditional foods as well as an omelette bar. Breakfast... More

So I found the shower difficult to use..two temps; scalding hot or cold. The bath sounded as if it was going to fall beneath me. Mini bar fridge didn't work..but the air con was great. The room itself was small but comfortable bed. Watch the ledge between the bathroom and bedroom it's easy to trip over. Staff were fine... I... More

Fantastic location - short walk to the lake and the streets surrounding hotel are buzzing street food markets by day and a short stroll to the night markets and heaps of street food and bars by night. Good size room and bathroom, though a bit tired, but perfectly adequate - clean with comfy bed and good linen. Towels a little... More

We found reception staff to be stressed, perhaps due to the renovations. The hotel has no bar/ restaurant and the oldest thread bare towels we had ever seen. Our laundry was very badly processed, looking worse after it was returned. We had booked a room with twin beds and a balcony, but on arrival were told this was not available.... More

This is a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Spa is just wonderful...massages are amazing and very inexpensive. The hotel is a little off the beaten track and some may not feel comfortable in the area although it's safe. It's near some great restaurants and short walk to shopping.

We stayed here for a first 5 days in Vietnam and couldn't of asked for a better impression. The location was perfect as was the hotel and it's staff. The breakfast was varied and satisfying. The rooms though not huge we're more than adequate.

The hotel itself is nice. Location was even perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ask for Tracy! she helped us to book a trip to Ha Long Bay which turned out to be amazing. The best part about the hotel was its swimming pool & the restaurant. None of the hotel in the Old Quarter could beat the view.... More

This was a second stay at the hotel and again from the moment we entered the hotel , the staff and level of customer service was fantastic. A popular hotel that is clean, has a good size pool, rooms that are a really good size with decent wifi , safe, tea/coffee facilities, a/c ... I phoned in advance to arrange... More

This was our first night in Vietnam. Amazing to see the contrast of this oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the over-crowded Old Quarter in Hanoi. We asked for a larger room with a view and were very thankful we did. With the humidity, fumes and intense closeness of this area it felt great to walk... More
