They have great FREE breakfast every morning, They give you free water and free fruits and munchies twice a day. Fast Free wifi in the room. Room was small but clean and nice, with free premium cable... More

Stellar hotel! We were picked up from the airport and driven into the old town easily. We were staying on the seventh floor and it was accessible by stairs only. I felt relieved when I asked for a lower floor (as I had a sore leg) and so we suggest booking lower floors if you require. The staff were all... More

The location is fantastic, the staff are exceptionally helpful, the room and amenities are great, a very good breakfast is included. They picked us up from the train station at 4.50am and let us leave our bags as there was no room ready (which turned out to be a blessing because a walk around the lake watching all the tai... The Elite is a hotel of such exceptional merit that I cannot praise it highly enough. There are only 10 rooms, each of which is new, stylish, modern, well equiped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better, in a quiet side road smack in the centre of the manic Old Quarter. The staff could not possibly be... More

The Hanoi Elite is a fantastic little hotel in the heart of Hanoi's busting old town with staff who really go the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. We spent two nights here before heading to Halong Bay. Despite us not staying in the hotel upon our return from two nights cruising (we were immediately boarding an overnight train),... More

Showered with fruit the moment we walked through the door. Outstanding service, rooms and touches you would expect from much more expensive accommodation. Free laptop for music in the room, a beautiful shower framed in a dark wood with rainforest shower head. Unique ambience made for a wonderful stay.

Outstanding small hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter with the most attentive and courteous staff I have come across in some 60 years of travelling the world. Talk about the extra mile!!!- nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff is to be congratulated. To be telephoned by Mr Thang on his wedding day to bid... More

We stayed at the HEH for five nights and it was the most wonderful experience. It's a rather small and cosy place and given its location also surprisingly quiet. The interior is thoughtfully designed and of decent quality. Throughout our stay the service was absolutely outstanding and second to none of all the places we stayed at in SEA. Beside... More

We stayed here on two different occasions, before and after our Halong Bay visit. Originally arriving by overnight bus and getting to the hotel at 6am they were friendly and offered us early check in which we snapped up. The hotel is like a cute shoe box and there is no elevator so you get some good exercise if you're... More

I found this place on trip advisor and when we got here I felt like I stumbled upon a Prada bag at 70% off! We are a couple from NYC, a friend recommended the Sofitel but since we were using Hanoi as a pitstop more or less for our travels in northern Vietnam I thought it frivolous when we would... More
