Steph and I arrived at the Elite in Hanoi following a cruise around Ha Long Bay. On check in we were offered amazing tea and snack, which after a long drive was most welcome. Service in this hotel is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble - along with helping us navigate the busy immediate area they arranged taxis to get... More

We felt like royalty with the attention and service at this lovely hotel. The room was packed with details to make a traveller comfortable - fruit, in room computers, lovely soaps and shower, soft mattress and pillows! But the smiles and warm personal attention from the staff truly was more than we could have ever anticipated. We have never experienced... More

Tucked in a narrow alley in the heart of the Old Quarter, Elite Hotel is a hidden gem. It is an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Though small, what it lacks in size, it overcompensates with impeccable hospitality. The staff are warm, helpful and attentive. The room was quiet, cozy and tastefully furnished.... More

I am 69 years old and started international travel when I was 20. I have visited over 50 countries, many of them developing countries. I have stayed at the Four Seasons and Sofitel hotels. I have stayed in family run guesthouses. I have never experienced the level of service I received at Hanoi Elite Hotel. Every detail is attended to... More

We spend a very nice time in the Elite hotel in hanoi. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old quarter of hanoi. The rooms are clean and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The next time when we are in hanoi we defenitly will stay at the same hotel. Thanks again for making us such a pleasant... More

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in Hanoi Elite Hotel! Even before the trip, Mr Thang was immensely helpful and helped in booking our train tickets to Sapa, as well as our excursion to Halong Bay. When we later needed to alter our bookings to include more people (our family decided to join), he was efficient and even... More

This was the first stop on our trip and it was a fantastic stay. You are right in the heart of the old quarter but just a short walk to the lake and other streets with western style shops and bars. The rooms are small but immaculately finished with everything you could need, a great bathroom and fresh fruit every... More

I had a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing stay at the Hanoi Elite hotel. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, and went out of their way not just to respond to my needs but to even anticipate them. Recommendations by the staff were reliably excellent. Lovely luxurious touches and five star service. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Skinny tall boutique hotel with 11 rooms on an alley in Hanoi's Old Quarter. But the 'elite' part is the team of staff who are in the top 10 or even 1% of the hardest working most friendly and helpful AND genuine hotel crew I've ever encountered including international 5 star hotels with world class training. The hotel has gorgeous... More

The Hanoi Elite is the perfect place to start your holiday in Vietnam; it's smack in the middle of the Old Quarter, and the staff are great at helping you to get your bearings. Space is at a premium in Hanoi so rooms are smaller than your average Western hotel; however they are very well appointed, cramming in all the... More
