Quaint little hotel in the heart of Hanoi just a few minutes walk from the lake. On the plus side a great breakfast menu, very friendly staff hotel was well maintained. On the down side if you arrive by bus In a tour group you have to walk about 500 meters from the main road as the little side streets... More

This is an wonderful, small and friendly hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you. The location is right in the heart of the busy old quarter but the rooms are quiet. Ask for a high up room in the front for good city views. The breakfast was excellent, as was one evening meal we also had in the... More

We enjoyed our visit to Hanoi, and Dat the bell boy at the hotel was fantastic! The location was very good- walking distance to restaurants. Just walking around the hotel was also very interesting- lots of street life.

Hidden little treasure in the old quartier. Make sure to try the Olive restaurant on 2nd floor for dinner. Best food we had during our whole trip. The place is hard to find if you don't look carefully, but once you get there you feel like home. The ambiance is definitely Art deco. Even though the hotel is definitely an... More

This hotel was our home base for our time in Vietnam. A couple of times our group left to other destinations and then returned here. You can leave your big luggage when you do this and pack a smaller bag for one or two night excursions away (Like Ha Long Bay). They put them in a back room tied together... More

This hotel was substituted as part of a package. However, I found the room well furnished and the staff excellent. The breakfast offered fresh and well prepared Vietnamese food with Western options to round it out. Everything is well maintained. There is an ATM out front, it is a half block from the Saturday night market, and on the street... More

My friends and I decided to check into this hotel to treat ourselves after a month of traveling in Vietnam. This is by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The room was fantastic, the mattress provided a great night sleep, the bathroom was amazing, and the water was the hottest I've had in SE Asia and... More

I can only endorse the positive comments of other reviewers. Although my room (401) didn't have an outside view, it was clean and fine for me. For me, the staff make this hotel. I got the impression that they really do care for their guests, so they all get a big "Thank you." Would I stay here again? Yes!

We had a pleasant experience in the hanoi boutique hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The bellboy, Dat and the receptionists were friendly and full of tips. Rooms were a little pokey but did the job as its main attraction in its location.

We stayed three nights at this hotel in the Old Quarters. The hotel is decent, 3 star, with well kept spacious rooms, clean linen, toiletry, separate area for changing and storage, free WIFI access, good breakfast spread of various dishes, fruits, juices, etc. The reception was good, Ms Tra, Ms Thuy were very helpful, cooperative, good at communication and information...
