Don't be scared when u make your way to this hotel and you go down some back streets. It is hidden away in a street and you will not know you have arrived until the transport stops at the front door. The staff are very help full and all speak good English. The breakfast served was particularly good and a... More

A superb little hotel right in the old quarter, you just step outside the front door to experience it. The hotel rooms have a nice feel about them but the ones with shower rather than shower over the bath are better. Well located for walking around Hanoi. The staff are superb, they really make the place. One of the receptionists... More

This is a beautiful very reasonably priced boutique hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful. One staff member even sat us down after check in with a small map and recommended what to do and where to eat (circling them on the map for us to take). The rooms are really nice and presented very well. The only minor... More

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Spending a couple of days in Hanoi with a tasty breakfast was a good start of the day. All the staff were friendly and willing to help you by answering our questions. When we came back from a trip early in the morning, not feeling very well, they offered us a... More

The Hotel is quite good (Even when I was there the wifi didn't work as they were repairing it) but the service is really nice. They are very kind and all the time trying to help you. The rooms are small, but clean & confortables. It's very close to the city center and to the big park, shops, restaurants... so... More

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Vietnam, we spent 3 nights in the suite, which is large and lovely- well worth the little extra! and 2 nights in a double room which was small but comfortable. The staff at this hotel really made our holiday- super friendly and helpful; from the doormen, to reception and travel... More

Booked the hotel well in advance, and did a little bit of research about the surrounding area. There is lots of food, drink, and nightlife around, so it was a great choice. The hotel makes a good impression. It's old, has a lovely lobby, and the staff is always keen to hold open the doors, greet you, help with bags,... More

We stayed the night after our original hotel couldnt fit us in. The service was quick and poliet with the front desk speaking english quiet well. The room was small but the bathroom, quiet large with an oversized wardrobe which seemed like a waste of space. The safe wouldnt work properly and ended up beeping at us for quiet a... More

Nice hotel located in old Hanoi. Rooms are tastefully done and comfortable albeit a bit tiny. Perhaps the more expensive rooms are bigger but the single room had a bed that pretty much filled the room. The double room is not much larger. The rooms have no windows but look out on a pretty little balcony. The staff is excellent... More
