I love this hotel. I would recommend this place to everyone. The rooms were breath taken. I love the service as well. Ask for Tung if you need any help. He is very polite, he helped me with finding a place to exchange money and a ride to the airport.

The confort was ok but the personal very strange. They want to sell you all kind of tours (a lot of hotels do) and so on. They biaise tripadviser notes, for instance if you give them an "excellent" note on tripadviser (on your own phone under their supervision), they give you special advantages, for instance 30% on your next booking... This hotel located in good location, walking discance to the city center. The first night our family (4 adults) booked 2 superior rooms which are no window and little too small for us, so the next night we upgraded to have bigger rooms with big windows for $5 US more each room. Well worth. Breakfast included both for western and... More

We stayed two nights at Royal Palace hotel and both were enjoyable. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the very friendly staff and offered complimentary juice and water. For the first night, we booked a standard room which was very clean and kept well. The next day, we went to Ha Long bay for an overnight cruise and although we... More

Friendly, welcoming staff. Location & comfort pretty much perfect. Far enough from boozy backpackers to avoid tons of noise but a few minutes walk to the lake and the heart of this wonderful district.

We spent one night at the Royal Palace hotel in Hanoi. The location is alright- in the old quarter but a bit more of a walk to bars and restaurants than other places we have stayed. The staff were strange and awkward when we arrived, hovering around us for no apparent reason. They did provide us with a welcome lemonade... More

Very fine hotel. We arrived early, but that was no problem. They gave us tea and fruits while they cleaned a room. Within half an hour we could go to our room. It is a fine room for a family. Perfect a la card breakfast.

Had an excellent stay at the Royal Palace Hotel 2. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, and the hotel is centrally located. Coffee and tea is available all day, and I even received a gift of coffee when I left! I would definitely stay here again, as this hotel is great value... More

Very good location, rooms ok for the price. Breakfast more than enough! Staff is very friendly even if the commercial is sometimes a bit insistent. If you stay in Hanoi for one night or 2, it's perfect. Don't expect a 4* when you pay that money! Price/quality is excellent!
