The Emotion hotel is a good choice for visitors who want to experience Hanoi out of the main tourist district, but still central to the city. Service is especially good - only breakfast could improve!

Lovely large rooms, exceptional bathrooms. The location is about 20 minutes to the old quarter which may deter some but I enjoyed the quiet location. The staff were very kind (this is the norm in Vietnam) and willing to help us plan our day. Will stay again.

What a pleasurable stay it was! The staff are more than happy to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the location as it was a perfect walk to everything. Would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay with get service :).

Everything is sweet at The Emotion Hotel. Stayed four nights with husband and 21 year old daughter. Rooms were large and comfortable, lovely bathroom and little balconies from which we enjoyed watching the street life below. A little way from the old quarter but we enjoyed walking and feeling the beat of this crazy, amazing city. Close to the temple of... More

First time to Vietnam and our first stop was the Hanoi Emotion. Staff at reception were very helpful and polite. The rooms were big enough with quite a large bathroom. The restaraunt was nice and the food was good. We were there for 3 nights and can't complain about the service, staff or the rooms

Stayed at Hanoi Emotion Hotel from 25 until 30 August 2013 and this is my second stay. The hotel was introduced by a friend in Vietnam. Despite of the location of the hotel which is off the main road, once you saw the entrance you will agree with me that it is modern and clean design. Two thumbs up for... More

Spent 2 nights here. Got ourselves 2 double superior rooms. The room was spacious! and the bed was big! unlike the rooms in the hotel you might get in the Old Quarter. Totally worth the price we got the room at. They served marvelous breakfast buffet. Staffs provided helpful advice and services. But compared to staying in Old Quarter, you... More

Why pay more if you can get superb serivice from Emotion Hotel. We were vegetarian, the restaurant staff and Chef prepared ala Malaysia style vegetarian. WE feel at home when ever we are at the restaurant for breakfast & dinner. The front office staff were very informative...and very consistency.

We stayed at the Emotion Hotel for a couple of nights each side of an overnight cruise on Halong Bay. We chose this hotel because it wasn't one of the 'big' hotels and had already been highly recommended on Trip Advisor. Although a little hard to find, and not in the 'tourist' sector, this is a great little hotel. They... More
