We stayed for 5 nights. The 1st night in a standard room (superior) which was near perfect with exception to the sound of the hallway which did not completely deter me from staying there again. We went traveling outside of Hanoi and decided to return to the hotel because we had such a good stay. The next 4 nights we... More

The Hanoi Emotion was the first hotel in which I stayed in Vietnam. I arrived quite late at night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, excellent and comfortable. The hotel is modern, with a classy foyer and a restaurant view a view on the top floor. The breakfast there is especially good. I thought... More

When we were traveling, it was over the new year period, so I got in touch with Candy Travel in HCMC to find a last minute hotel for the four of us in Hanoi and to book us on a cruise in Halong Bay. The only hotel she could find for us over this period and who would look after... More

Hanoi Vietnam is my first Asia trip so I was a bit confused about choosing accommodation, places to visit etc. I don't like to go with tour even though it's cheaper as I like to be free doing whatever I want especially when I am in vacation. My son recommended me to check on tripadvisor to choose hotel, the most... More

Hanoi Emotion Hotel is a wonderful, wonderful hotel. The best part is the staff! They helped me with so many things- buying stuff I needed, like bottled water and phone credit, arranging my next accommodations, even giving me some mini Vietnamese pronunciation lessons! The rooms are very clean and nice, absolutely no complaint. The breakfast was fantastic, and the one... More

It was a pleasant to have spent a short stay in Hanoi Emotion Hotel. I have previously stayed in a few 3star-rated hotel in Ha Noi but this one has put a great factor in my experience. During our stay in Hanoi Emotion Hotel, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cable television and free WIFI (good signal) were... More

I haven't been traveled to Asia for 10 years and to Hanoi Vietnam for 11 years. It's really good to have a site like this for people to compare and make their choice about their holiday as like all over the world, things change everyday not every decade. We took our trip to China to visit family and a friend... More

The Hanoi Emotion Hotel is an excellent choice for visiting in Hanoi, Vietnam, and I hope to stay there again on my next trip to Hanoi. Do not judge this hotel by its street front – walk in and be impressed. First up our taxis were always met on the street by helpful staff to carry our luggage. In fact... More

Hanoi Emotion Hotel is a great choice, if you are planning to visit Hanoi. For us, it was an amazing experience to be there and to enjoy Hanoi beauty with warm and welcoming staff. Being in the heart of Hanoi, we enjoyed easy access to nearly all interesting places. For example, it took us 2 minutes to reach the Temple... More
