Budget hotel that's really barebones. Decent-looking lobby, but dreary, narrow floors above. I paid ~USD25 for a single room that was a box, about twice as big as the double bed. I was only there for one night, so made do. Pros: Located on the edge of the old quarter, easily walkable to explore. Staff were very friendly. I found... More

We had booked to stay for 3 nights in this hotel and only lasted a couple of hours. The hotel is really run down and the rooms are bad. The bathroom is outdated and did not work proper, the bed was hard as a rock. When we mentioned the bed, they sent someone up with a mattress cover that he... More

This hotel is highly recommended due to the helpful staff. They arranged airport pickups, responded to my changed flight times, and helped with excursions too. Plus the room was comfortable and functional. Great hotel, definitely worth a look.

CONS: The bed was very very hard - we both had a bad back. Bathroom dated. It's a little rough but PROS: The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful and kind. Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Lovely breakfast. OK for 1 night's stay. We would not book this again though due to the bed.

Staff is usually nice and rooms are spacious (I was in rooms 903 and 901), but from the 7th to the 9th floor there's no elevator. I particularly appreciated breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. Coffee and tea is available all time. The hotel is near the train station and the train woke me up really early every morning.

The hotel is somewhat more difficult to find due to the name changes and is a bit run down. BUT the members of staff do anything to make up what they miss in a modern outlook in their friendliness and helpfulness! Had a late check out without and issue after a late night! Really great hotel on a budget. (some... More

Ok but rundown hotel in the Old Quater of Hanoi, rooms are somewhat clean and I highly suggest getting the rooms with a balcony. I was given a room with no windows, small room, and tv non-operational with the antenna hanging out the bottom, I paid the extra and got a balcony room because it was pokey, and not fun,... More

Very confusing at first, there are many hotels, I believe 6 with the same name, that caused me a very long and expensive journey from the airport as well as having trouble meeting a friend - as being at two different hotels with the same name... However, the hotel itself, budget, new, clean and tidy, also a very tasty breakfast... More

When arriving at this hotel we were a little confused since the hotel name on our booking differed from what the hotel name on the outside said. In the hustle and bustle of the city of Hanoi, many hotels can be found, so make sure your travels can find you. We were offered rooms without a room (make sure you... More

So I wrote a review on the hotel computer and posted as Mai (the person logged in before me)...summary: great service, great deals on trips Sapa/Halong (compared with the prices of other tourist we met on these trips). The rooms/view from the rooms are alright, but the service is great. The staff really helped us out to plan our trip... More
