Stayed on this hotel for 4 days with wife and two kids. Nice local hotel, in the old city, able to walk with trolley to most of the places to see. Will stay there again. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Of three weeks of traveling all over Vietnam, with lovely service all along the way, Rising Dragon takes the cake. Service makes all the difference in a stay at a hotel or restaurant and they are a perfect example. Hoan went above and beyond (even after our stay) to make sure our time at the hotel, and in Vietnam, was... More

I was recommended this hotel by someone I met in Hoi An and booked directly with the hotel. Mr Son took great care of me from the moment I walked through the doors! They highly competent and very friendly staff gave me a map and pointed out some good sight seeing areas close by. They organised a tour to Halong... More

When I arrived in Hanoi very late at night it was a delight to see my pre ordered taxi waiting for me to whisk me to my lovely en suite room at the Rising Dragon. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. My luggage was carried to my room and the following day when there was... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a package tour. It was a nice surprise when we arrived, The staff spoke very good English and were keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They upgraded our room, made sure our schedule was coordinated and that we had everything we needed. This was a great relief after struggling to... More

The Rising Dragon Estate Hotel was better than I expected when I booked for my stay in Hanoi. All the staff were always polite and helpful, always said hello and always were smiling which makes your stay even more pleasant. Anna especially was amazing - any airport drop off, food, trips or anything else, she was very helpful, and her... More

I stayed here for three nights in December 2013. Nice and clean hotel, centrally located and with great staff. Most of the central tourist attractions in Hanoi are within walking distance. The selection of breakfast food wasn't that big, but ok. We used their airport pick-up service, which arrived on time and felt safe (or as safe as riding a... More

This is a brilliantly located hotel in the centre of the old quarter, about 10 minutes from the lake. At the end of the street on the left corner is a particularly good small cafe which does amazing pork. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. However the best thing was the staff! Anna is so helpful and accommodating, even... More

We stayed at the Rising Dragon Estate for 4 nights and we had a nice stay! Staff: Were really friendly, we were welcomed with a cup of tea and the manager (Ana) gave us some good information of the city and tourist attractions. The only negative thing about the staff was maybe that they were a little too much when... More
