We arrived in Hanoi after a 2 and a half week road trip up along the coast from Ho Chi Minh City not knowing much about Hanoi. Symphony hotel were one of the places that popped up when searching for a place to stay just for one night to find out where we wanted to go the following two days... More

My friend and I stayed a couple of nights at Symphony hotel and were pleased to receive such a good service from the staff. The room was very clean. I would say it was a good deal for the price we paid. The location was very convenient since there are few restaurants for dining.

After staying with fellow backpackers and having a not-so-great time in Ha Noi in the couple days I had been there, my boyfriend and I met some fellow Americans who suggested Symphony Hotel to us. It was exactly what we needed to turn our trip around. The staff was soooo friendly and easy to communicate with. The rooms were large... More

This place is great. It's worth at least $50 a night but Priced much cheaper. Owner is the most helpful person I met in Vietnam - he speaks excellent English and helped a lot with our choice of activities. I stayed at several places in Hanoi and this one was by far the best.

Only stayed in this hotel for our last night in Hanoi and really wish we had found it sooner! Brilliant location in the old quarter. Rooms were compact but really comfortable and brilliant facilities (we had a computer in our room!). Good choice of breakfast. Staff were so helpful and not at all pushy. They arranged our bus to Vientiane... More

Stayed here for one night from simply passing by and then stayed a second night because it was so great. It was great value in prime location just inside the old quarter. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, that helpful when we showed up a week later looking for somewhere to put our bags for an hour they offered... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights, after having read a lot of great reviews of it on Tripadvisor. When we arrived we were warmely welcomed by the hotels owner, Mr Cuong. He is a very passionate and dedicated person, who does everything to make the customers happy. For example did he help us book an excellent cruise... More

Lovely little hotel close to lots of restaurants and shops. Booked us a great trip to halong bay. Staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. Rooms nice, floors often got a bit dusty but overall we we're very comfortable here. Would stay again!
