A lovely beginning to our Vietnam leg. the hotel is clean and bright with superb aircon in the room. we were on the 12th floor, still no real view but it is Hanoi, not the countywide! coffee and breakfast were very good and the staff are open and friendly. location a little far from everything but cycles are cheap and... We stayed twice in May/June. The rooms were large and very clean and the bathrooms clean and newly renovated or just very well maintained. The shower was over the bath which may be a problem for some.Everything worked and we had a great stay. Breakfast downstairs was great - good variety and great service.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2014. I found it to be a nice hotel with extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to make us happy. The rooms were clean and decent size. The location of the hotel wasn't bad and we found a fair few nice restaurants that were close (One in particular called... More

The rooms are immaculately clean with complete toiletries. The space is just enough for 2 occupants but might be tiny for 3. The staffs are nice and friendly but what I love the most about this hotel is the location. No, it's not centrally located in the tourist areas but if you walk roughly 500 metres to the right, there... More

Very friendly and helpful staff, if you don't mind some walking then fairly central to all places that you may like to visit, comfortable bed and facilities. Good brekkie included. Great little street market just down the street and around the corner. Yes there is plumbing issues but they can be avoided once you work out the bath and tiling... More

Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast but limited choices. Some things (e.g., bathroom towel rack) need repair - shows lack of attention to detail. The free WiFi in the room and restaurant was convenient. I take exception to reviews that praise the location. Yes, it's close to West Lake but a long walk to the Old Quarter - walkable but... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great experiences. Walking distance to Ho Tay lake. 10 mins walk to old streets. The room was spacious and staffs were friendly. Furniture is a lil out of date but they were still in excellent condition. Will stay again when come back to Hanoi.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and it was reasonably good.Had a problem with the shower but was fixed promptly. However, as othere travelers have also mentioned the bath was leaky so there was water all over the bathroom floor. We were 15 of us so had 7 rooms and this was a common problem. The management needs... More
