Stayed a total of 5 nights in this small but lovely hotel. Excellent location next to the cathedral and the owner was extremely friendly! Rooms are big, clean and the beds are comfortable. Only unpleasant thing is that the bells of the cathedral start ringing at 5 in the morning.

We have been in this little hotel twice, and each time we were amazed from the beautiful rooms, and the kind service. The rooms were large, clean and luxurious, and the pricing was reasonable (25$ per night). The hotel is very close to the Catedral de San José, and minutes from the Hoan kiem lake. Flower, the owner, was very... More

Maybe It isn't really appropriate for me to write a review for this hotel as I didn't actually lived there during my trip. I just booked a 2D1N trip to Ha Long Bay through Little Hanoi 3 but I got a lot more from there! Before going to Vietnam, I found the trip online and contact the owner through email.... More

For a tiny place from the outside, room was pretty spacious. bathroom was good too for what we paid. wifi, cleanliness, daily changing of fruits, very helpful hotel owner, I guess her name is Joanna - she is a good manager/owner. Right across the church and on the street that surrounded one with any requirement. Loved the place. Just one... More

Location wise, this street is brilliant just next to the cathedral. The rooms are good for the price. As is the case with other hotels in the area, there are no elevators. Stayed here for a night and the receptionist behaved nicely with us. She arranged a cab for us and also she remembered to wake us up for a... More

After several weeks of non stop travel we needed a place to call home for a while and this was it! We ended up staying 5 nights and Flower could not have done enough for us. She went above and beyond, including ironing our clothes because she wasn't happy with how the laundry service left them. The rooms were very... More

I think some of the reviews here are a little harsh. When I arrived in Hanoi I'd booked at another hotel (paid with card) but they told me they were full. I checked out about another 10 hotels/hostels around the church area. They were all quite similar. Little Hanoi is a bit run down but for a massive, private, en-suite... More

We booked 2 nights for 27 USD. First evening the lady (Ms Hue) was extremly friendly. There is no breakfast available. Room was fine, very small windows though. Next morning all of a sudden our room was booked by 'an important guest', and the staff went through all our unpacked luggage and packed it themselves while we were out, without... More

Old, bad maintained, air-conditioning not functioning, cold water, dark (even with lights on), only one person speaking english but usually not on place when needed, rest of staff can't communicate at all. Everything leaking in bathroom including WC, very bad smell in the room. Left my laundry, at the time when it was supposed to be ready found that it... More

The rooms are great for the price, excellent value for money. But then there's the staff. The main receptionist (a young vietnamese woman) seemed lovely when we first arrived but then turned into a generally awful person. She was persistently rude, laughed several times in our faces when we said we couldn't afford their very over-priced tours. We are also... More
