This hotel was a bargin book on Agoda. Its ideal if youre gonna be travelling around in the north and its going to be a homebase of sorts for you. You need to bear in mind this is Vietnam and there is no escaping the noise and a shower that clogs. The hotel is old and needs some attention, I... More

I have been living in Vietnam for 3 years. I don't mind funky rooms, leaky showers, street noise, construction, or even the occasional cockroach in a bathtub. It's Vietnam and if those things are going to bother you, go stay at the Hilton or Sofitel. You get what you pay for and I usually choose the budget options, like funky... More

Not a worthwhile nor pleasant hotel, with slight effort u can find a lot better hotel. I looked at the photos and booked it hoping its a good one. Very narrow staircases are very small and in my room bathroom door is very close bed head position which I don't like. Booked for 3 days and ran away from that... More

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Hanoi, keep searching. One night is this Hotel was more than enough. The staff were not helpful at all. Not particularly friendly and not all that interested in helping. The Hotel is below average, the breakfast was terrible. On asking simple questions, staff had no idea. I'm so glad the stay was... Yes I got this room at a great rate but from reading the other reviews I was expecting something completely different to what I got. The hotel is in a great location but that is where the positives end. The hotel is in a very narrow building, typical of Vietnam really, so there are only 2 rooms per floor. We... More

Nice breakfast, nice room, nice, helpful staff. Brilliant location. The rooms were very clean and having a balcony was brilliant. Very quiet here which is lovely to unwind from the insane lanes of Hanoi!! I would defiantly stay here again.

I've read through all the reviews in trip advisor and all the reviews seem to be like very good. I've booked this hotel through agoda.com and the price is very cheap for 3 days stay. but unfortunately, I really disappointed for the room and the room totally unlikely what are those photos posted and i was feel like cheated by...
