Awesome. The room was great. The staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was great as well, Western or Vietnamese for breakfast every morning. We chose to do a Sapa tour with them, the tour was great and our tour guide was really nice. All in all, stay here. You won't regret it.

I really liked this gaff. The room had a pod which was a combined jacuzzi, steam bath, shower complete with music and disco lights. Needless to say I spent the rest of my time in Hanoi in this pod only leaving for food.

Locality is great, quality of service from staff was great. Very helpful with our trip north. Breakfast was a treat. Massage service was very average and did not really enjoy. The hotel is in easy walking distance throughout the old town. If we come back to Hanoi we will stay here again. Thanks for our stay

Perfect localisation, right in the center of the old town, walking distance to the water puppet show, Some rooms with jaccuzi, bit tidy but nice. Breakfast ok, staff helpful. We absolutly recommend you to AVOID THE MASSAGE. They have no knowledge about how the good massage should be.

I used to stay in this place regularly, and rented a room permanently here. Locality is good, but during the final weeks of my stay here it had a very dramatic decline in the quality of service. I love this hotel.. Not only the rates are affordable, the rooms are real clean and the receptionists were all real helpful.. the breakfast serve at the restaurant in the hotel were very nice with traditional Vietnamese cuisine. not forgetting the restaurant location in old quarter is very accessible to all the places.. I will definitely go there again

Our hotel is located within the Old Quarters of Hanoi. The service was superb, the room generous and the staff friendly. I would say they exceeded our expectations as they learned it was my birthday (from looking at the passport) and surprised me at breakfast with a cake!!!!
