We only stayed at the Sunshine Suites Hanoi Hotel for one night, luckily. Reception staff were very pushy trying to sell tours and the room was not only incredible noisy but no bigger than a shoe box. A nice reception area. The bath/shower was fun, with lighting and radio and lots of gadgets.
