I just wanna say thanks for all the staff there. I'm the kind of person who loves to get new friendships and I have to confess: A Dong hotel was the place where I found friends for life. The location is great, you can walk for many tourists attractions, restaurants and nightclubs. Also, they are very hygienic, the rooms are... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We stayed on the first floor at the front. It wasnt too noisy. The room is basic but just what you need for a cheap stay. The hotel is in a very good location in the old quarter of Hanoi. The front door was locked after 12 on both nights but... More

Nice staff. Good ratio quality/price. Rooms good enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. Poor WiFi signal. Some staff can barely speak English but they are quite nice though. I would not recommend it for long stays but for transit travellers.

Staying in this hotel in June, I was so impressed with the warm and friendly greetings of staffs on my arrival. The room is clean and convenient. They also supply tour information, the helpful staff recommend us two wonderful tour to Halong bay and Sapa. When I went to Halong and Sapa they are happy to hold my luggage without... More

I spent 3 nights there and I got a nice room to stay, big and compfortable bed, good aircon, tv, good toilet, and the most important, everything was clean. Wifi worked all time in my room. Very good location and friendly and helpful staff.

The beds and bathrooms were alright, but the service was terrible. The staff deactivated the air conditioning in our room each night and we had to argue with them to turn it back on every day. When we asked if we could leave our bags behind reception for a couple of hours after check out we were shouted at. There... More

Stayed for a night at 250000dong, with quite a large 2person bed. The receptionist was quite friendly, and gave us a fan when we asked for one. But in our room, the washroom was really poor, it was a section of the room blocked by plastic doors on a small raised concrete area. The shower is connected to the tap,... More
