Location is fantastic, if you stay in Hanoi, you have to stay in the old quarter, has life, constant harassment and just a great feel. The hotel is right in the middle. I have stayed in better, I have stayed in worse, but I judge a hotel not on the room but in the service. The staff could not do... More

We recently commenced our adventure in Vietnam by staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is well located, the rooms are quiet and more than adequate, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Whilst out and about being a tourist I injured more foot and the staff at the hotel could... More

We stayed here for the first couple of days of our honeymoon. On our first night, we arrived back to our room, to find two glasses of champagne, a candle and a cake with Happy Honeymoon on it. Very centrally located, and easy access around Hanoi from this hotel. Food was very nice, especially breakfast. We had some minor issues... More

The rooms are small, but comfortable. We could fit both our bags in and still had space to walk around, although we did need to be organised. The location is good being in the old quarter and just a short walk from the prison, cathedral and lake. We had a late flight home, but the hotel kindly let us put... More

We checked after a long flight and were greeted warmly no mess no fuss. The rooms are comfortable with all you need. Breakfast has variety for westerners and Asians with options changing daily and fresh eggs made the way you like. Staff are really friendly and will help with everything They speak English really well. Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions during a very recent trip to Vietnam. The rooms were all well equipped with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Try to get a room with an external view window though as we stayed in a room on one night that was internal and dark.

Silk Path hotel is in the best location in Hanoi, so close to all the sights and walking distance to one of the best restaurant in Hanoi Quan An Ngon. The hotel staff are super efficient and friendly. We booked all our tours here and with ease. Hotel was super clean and the best comfy beds. We would definitely stay... More

There's nothing that I could say is wrong with the Silk Path Hotel, but there's nothing to rave about either. The rooms are "OK" (on the small side, but clean), the staff are "OK" (not particularly attentive or friendly, but they get things done when you find someone), the food is "OK" (usual buffet breakfast, although the choice is limited... We stayed two nights in the Silk Path - we were a party of 6 couples. We couldn't ask for more. Wonderful food, brilliant service, lovely friendly helpful staff. It was a welcome retreat from the busy city of Hanoi. Right in amongst the busy city we were mesmerised by the busy city as we sipped on end of the... More
