We stayed here for only three nights unfortunately, was in Vietnam for 16 nights at various parts of the country and the Silk Path is a dead heat for the very best. Breakfast was AMAZING !! If you are offended by being called Sir and Madam don't come :)

The staff was really courteous and made extra efforts to help me navigate through the city while I was attending a conference. Also, the breakfast selections were fabulous and representative of Vietnamese cuisine. The rooms are beautifully decorated also.

We stayed at the Silk Path for 3 nights in June, 2014. We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor recommendations. It just proves the value of TripAdvisor.as a source of advice. This is an excellent hotel. OK. There are some negatives. The hotel does not have a pool. The bathroom bench space was limited - a key issue when there... More

Courteous, impressive glass elevators . Good foods with nice musics but need to improve the diversitification of breakfast. Excellent in-room services. Some welcome fruits in room is hightly appreciated. And the coffee is really delicious.

This hotel is really a gem in the busy chaotic city that is Hanoi . Beautiful from the outside and within. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very nice to come home to this hotel when you are in the chaos that is Hanoi! I definitely recommend staying here!

What makes any hotel is the service, the people. I found the staff to be engaging: it starts with the doorman who when asked for a taxi noted that where I wanted to go was not yet open; to the restaurant who remembered after one day that I like coffee --- a lot; to the check out who handled the... Excellent service by courteous Vietnamese, mainly english speaking, staff. Very impressive glass elevators, although the landing corridor glass barriers seemed a little low for safety. Excellent restaurant on ground and 1st floors, the 1st floor bar lacked atmosphere, probably due to being mainly empty, perhaps we were there off-season. The air conditioned rooms were silent, free from traffic noise, functional and comfortable.... More

My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights and found the Hotel to be everything we hoped for, comfortable, clean, good location, helpful staff and yummy breakfast with great coffee. We even used the gym and spa and the staff allowed us to freshen up after we had checked out while we were waiting for our pickup to the airport.

Stayed here twice and really enjoyed the facilities. Nice in house restaurant and great buffet breakfast. Faux Marble fittings gave it a nice French feel. Right in centre of city so good location and convenient to all attractions.

We spent a total of 3 nights at the Silk Path Hotel Ha Noi. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The restaurants (2) were very good. I highly recommend the chocolate spring rolls for dessert!!!!! The breakfast buffet was nice, the bircher muesli was the outstanding dish in our opinion, be that a good... More
