Great little hostel in the Old Quarter. Good location for everywhere (all within walking distance), staff were great and very helpful, organised tour to Ha Long and bus to next city. Free breakfast was an added treat too. Dorm was fairly quiet and not much of an atmosphere in common room but travelling as a couple it was fine. Big... More

Stayed here three separate times between Sapa, Halong bay and leaving for Australia and all three were great. Always in the girls dorm and always clean sheets, bathrooms, free breakfast and helpful staff. The chill room has many DVDs and HBO, which I enjoyed after longs days of walking. Next door and across the street is great food. Two ATMs... More

Hotel is really nice with great rooms and bathrooms - located pretty well in Hanoi, near the lake. They were able to organise a Ha Long Bay tour for us which was great and very convenient. However, we had a problem with some of the staff not being able to speak English eg we could never order what we wanted... More

Would defiantly recommend, clean as a whistle, good location and friendly staff Very helpful and friendly, especially Anna for looking after me and a friend with visa extensions we had to extend the visas and then have them shipped off to our next destination which was taken care of.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The beds are super cool and private, also very big and spacious. There is a nice communal space to socialise. The breakfast is not the biggest but it is enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance from this hostel including the main square to spend a night out.... More

Clean rooms, super helpful staff. The electricity kept cutting out during the day and night for hours at a time so that meant no aircon, no lights, no hot water, no wifi. I toughed it out for three nights till i moved. They messed up my booking as well and had me separated from my friends in a different dorm... More

Have you ever seen a 21-bed dormitory? If you enjoy backpacking and thought you have seen everything - check out the 3-level curtained dorm bed. When I arrived they offered my partner and I an 8-bed dorm upgrade for free. But after seeing the 21-bed layout I had to stay there. It reminds me of when I was a kid... More

The hostel is not too bad. The rooms are clean, so are the showers and toilets. However, there's no AC, only a fan in the dorms, plus there is nothing in the hall, stairways and showers, which makes even brushing your teeth feel like your in hell. Probably also had to do with the fact that it was 42 degrees... More

I would definitely recommend this hostel to anybody who wants to stay in a good hostel in Hanoi. I stayed here for about 6 nights and had an incredible time. The breakfast is very diverse and is of proper quality. The staff of the hostel is also incredibly nice!
