Little bit dated and bit out of the way, but large and clean, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet available. Bathrooms are excellent, laundry is cheap and fast. My husband and I got a massage in the spa and while I had excellent and pleasant service he got a bit of a shock when the female masseuse tried to insist on... More

It was our first trip to Hanoi. I think I made an excellent choice to stay at Sheraton. The reasons are... Good location even though it is not in the old quarter.... you can get a taxi which is cheap, and convenient to get to the city. Hanoi city is quite a big place to walk around, so if you... More

We stayed at the Sheraton 3 times during our visit to Hanoi and surrounds. We booked the Sheraton as we knew that we could expect typical Sheraton service. However, on the first visit there was a glitch with my SPG card and we did not get the upgrade as expected but ended up with a high floor but with a... More

The Sheraton sure know how to do it well. From offering an upgrade in rooms to a suite for a very reasonable cost, to superb food this place has it all. And the spa - wow! After a couple of weeks travelling I was ready for some relaxation and booked in to the Lily Spa. Best thing I did. I... More

A great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms with all modern amenities including free wi-fi in each room. The breakfast meals were excellent with a very wide selection of local and western food items including eggs to order as you wished. Their staff is very professional and helpful to the travelers. Money exchange is available right at the front... More

Presently staying two nights in this hotel, service is exceptional, complimentary services, including free refreshments an au derives up until 8pm, free wifi. All go to make this a very enjoyable stay. A special thank you to linh and Giang waitresses in the Sheraton Club lounge who made that little extra effort. :)

This is a lovely hotel, generally up to Sheraton standards though the rooms could do with a makeover. The lobbby and public areas are fine. Priced accordingly. It is a taxi trip out of the city, but fares are not expensive. The staff were excellent and helpful and service was great. I used the restaurant and the food was excellent... More

This hotel is tired and with the exception of the main lobby area is in need of refreshing. Granted it is not that expensive (on corporate rate slightly >$110 / night) but then most things are not expensive in Vietnam. The problem is there are too many small faults that should not be found in a 5* hotel: 1) The... More

We were lucky enough to get an amazing package online that included club lounge access and benefits, plus a $50 credit each day to spend on food and/or spa. Free internet too. Only $135 US per night. Value +++ Service was impeccible, especially in the Club Lounge where Ms Linh, Mr Minh and Lounge manager, Hang Bui, were so nice,... More

Lovely looking hotel with nice sized room, king size bed & river views. Older style but kept in good, clean condition. Wifi not free & quite expensive, as were food & drinks. Pool area seemed like it's barely used with the swim up bar area not being utilised. Unfortunate as the area seemed nice. A fair way from the city... More
