Presently staying two nights in this hotel, service is exceptional, complimentary services, including free refreshments an au derives up until 8pm, free wifi. All go to make this a very enjoyable stay. A special thank you to linh and Giang waitresses in the Sheraton Club lounge who made that little extra effort. :)

This is a lovely hotel, generally up to Sheraton standards though the rooms could do with a makeover. The lobbby and public areas are fine. Priced accordingly. It is a taxi trip out of the city, but fares are not expensive. The staff were excellent and helpful and service was great. I used the restaurant and the food was excellent... More

This hotel is tired and with the exception of the main lobby area is in need of refreshing. Granted it is not that expensive (on corporate rate slightly >$110 / night) but then most things are not expensive in Vietnam. The problem is there are too many small faults that should not be found in a 5* hotel: 1) The... More

We were lucky enough to get an amazing package online that included club lounge access and benefits, plus a $50 credit each day to spend on food and/or spa. Free internet too. Only $135 US per night. Value +++ Service was impeccible, especially in the Club Lounge where Ms Linh, Mr Minh and Lounge manager, Hang Bui, were so nice,... More

Lovely looking hotel with nice sized room, king size bed & river views. Older style but kept in good, clean condition. Wifi not free & quite expensive, as were food & drinks. Pool area seemed like it's barely used with the swim up bar area not being utilised. Unfortunate as the area seemed nice. A fair way from the city... More

We stayed at the Sheraton, Hanoi for two nights in March on our first visit to Vietnam. Some of the reviews were quite negative and so we didn't know what to expect. We arrived at the hotel after an 11 hour flight and facing the prospect of not being able to check in for several hours. We were offered an... More

The Sheraton is dated, staff are trying to upswell the minute u get in the door, and Internet is NOT free! When ur paying $180 a night in vietnam I think it's rude to ask for $17 us for Internet! I've stayed at $20 a night places and they were more modern and free Internet! We got put by an... More

We stayed in the Sheraton for two nights and after our Halong Bay cruise, we were going to stay at another hotel closer to the city but decided to cancel our stay at the other hotel and stay at the Sheraton again because it was so great. The staff have been wonderful. We have been travelling with a 3 year... More

Extremely helpful & caring staff. Rooms spacious, large single beds. Worth the upgrade from 4 star. Loved the option to purchase access to 17th floor bar/supper lounge. Great value. Would certainly recommend.

Stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Hanoi. Booked a trip to Vietnam with a travel group so we didn't have any say on the hotels, but we were happy to know we were staying at Sheraton instead of a hotel we had no clue about. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a warm cloth and... More
