Stayed with this hotel twice ( Ha long trip in between). The first time was all good but we didn't get the city view we paid for. However, the room was immaculate and very modern so we were happy. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. However, I would advise a little caution - see second review...

This hotel is just a few minutes walk to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, water puppet show, many shopping streets. The staff are very friendly, the Receptionist very helpful in giving directions or suggestions. The rooms are spacious, clean and with good facilities. We were upgraded from a `Superior`to a top-floor VIP room with a balcony overlooking the city--very comfortable. When we returned we took a Deluxe room because the `superior`room is a bit tight, only 25 square meters. Near Old Town, Hoan Kiem Lake, and French Quarter, Very good breakfast.
