Stayed two night at the start of our Vietnam tour. Having looked on Trip Adviser, we realised this would probably be the least favourable, and I am sure it will be. The first impression was not too good. We were aarty of 19. The lobby is very small and we more or less filled it. In fact there were not... More

We stayed for 4 nights earlier this month. The hotel is well located and easy to find. The welcoming, the room, the staffs were great. The breakfast was nice as well . We also spend one night on a cruise in Halong Bay booked thought the travel agent from the hotel. We paid around 200 USD per person. We were... More

I emailed the hotel to request advice regarding taxi service from the airport and received an immediate response. Very helpful front desk staff, open 24 hours. Room and bathroom - smallish but adequate, comfortable beds, attractive design. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choice and plenty of hot coffee. Very central. Easy safe walk to the old town, restaurants and Hoan Kiem... More

We loved this hotel...it was small and not what we had been use to because we had just stayed in two Sheratons in V Nam. But you could not fault it! Lovely friendly staff who really looked after you in the restaurants, breakfast they were very attentive with coffee refills etc. We had one evening meal which was set for... More

hotel to be as it is central, the team is great as well, Accor brand, definitely consider going there. i saw other 5 star hotel around the world with less organized and kind staff. the building is great. The food could be better and some animation in the evening in the bar could be nice as we were with a... More

We spent several days and nights in Hanoi during December 2011, and for the last three I was suffering from an unpleasant flu. The hotel was clean, service was good in the restaurant and the hotel staff members were cheerful and polite. I couldn't have chosen a better place to feel poorly! It was easy to get taxis at the... Good location - I like the location of this hotel a lot better than all those Old Quarter hotels squeezed in-between shops on narrow and traffic-choked streets. In Hanoi, I found out it is not necessary to stay right on top of where the tourist shopping and restaurant action is. The Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake are both about... More

This hotelnis within the city and very near to the railway station. Cleanliness is satisfactory. However the carpets looks very old.
