We booked this hotel on the internet...they sale us a "deluxe room" with a beautiful picture of a spacious room but when we arrived the room was not ready we had to wait. When we finally had the chance to see our room it was a small room with NO WINDOW... it was like a closet. When we asked to... More

Beyond the amazing value, location (in the city center, walking distance to everything) and the modern comfortable clean rooms (with all the necessary conveniences, hot water, clean cozy bed, in room refrigerator, new tv...). The level of customer service at this hotel was SUPURB! I've stayed at 100's of hotels over the years and can honestly say I have never... More

This hotel is on the edge of the tourist area north of Hoan Kiem lake, which is nice since you can easily walk there but still avoid the worst of it. Many good Pho places on Bat Dan road 2 blocks down. Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable, get one with a window if you're not on a bare bones... More

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Staff are extremely helpful especially Ngan one if the receptionists! When we arrived at the hotel Ngan greeted us and invited us to the hotel breakfast room and we were given free tea and coffee, she gave us lots of information on things to do around Hanoi and booked... We were very well taken care of by the entire staff. The hotel arranged to have someone pick us up at the airport & bring us to the hotel and to then to bring us back to the airport for our flight out. We especially thank Ngan for her excellent service. She energetic & friendly, capable and resourceful. She booked... More

This hotel was very good value for money - the room was big enough and very clean; there were enough choices for breakfast, including full english breakfast. The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even... More

We were upgraded to bigger room on arrival, free of charge for the first night but told it would be $10 US for the second night. I guess it's a good way for them to fill empty so called deluxe rooms, but we choice just to go back to the standard room. We just wanted a bed and shower so... More

The hotel is right smack in the middle of the Old Quarter. I like their breakfast and their staff are helpful and accommodating. We were very comfortable in our room. We liked that they have a desktop computer in all rooms, aside from the wifi. We hope we stayed longer! If you're going here from the airport, you can take... More

This hotel is great value for money. Staff are so helpful and friendly, rooms are big and very clean, great location in the old quarter. Breakfast is really good, the rooms facing the street are a tad noisy from all the traffic but this didnt affect us at all. Overall a great choice!

Caring, friendly and helpful Staff. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Ask for help in planning great itineraries to Sapa, Halong Bay, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to direct you to an appropriate trip for you. Very attentive, they go out of their way to make sure you get to your destination and back. We were met at the overnight... More
