+ clean, good breakfast, large room, good wifi, cheap, good localisation - be careful about Truonq, the guy who sell tourism tour. He is too insistent and wants absolutely sell you his tour. He even followed us in the town. He is not honest and very aggressive. this guy wastes this hotel which is really good without that guy.

For a budget hotel I thought this was just fine. While the beds are firm -which I found them to be in most places in Vietnam, the were large king singles or King so very spacious. There was only one night when we noticed the noise from the lobby, otherwise I found it reasonably quiet. Breakfast was limited and I... More

We booked this hotel in advance on booking.com, stayed one night but the bed was so firm and one side had a big dip in it that we couldn't sleep properly. We were so tired the next day we decided we couldn't stomach staying for a second night and we found another hotel. Paid three times as much but we... More

The lobby smelled bad. The room smelled like a used old ashtray. The toilet had no exhaust system and the toilet bowl is lopsided. But the worst experience in the hotel is when the receptionist accused us of drinking the mineral water in the ref. She even told us to check again even when we explained that my husband found... Paramount Hotel is located down a quiet little alleyway that is close to all the action in Ha Noi. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and affordable and there is breakfast included. We made great friends with all of the staff who were extremely helpful to find our way around Ha Noi, teach us a little bit about the Vietnamese... More

Paramount Hotel – a special name which impressed me so much. I had a business in Ha Noi‘s Old Quarter two weeks ago, so I had to choose a hotel which favorable for my business most. Obviously, Ha Noi‘s Old Quarter has many hotels for me to select, but when seeing the hotel named “Paramount”, I thought that if I... More

Everytime I come to Hanoi I stay at Paramount. It's down a cute little alley way (the car/taxi can't get down it, but the hotel staff will come out to meet you and take your bags if they know you're coming), set back at the end of a side street from the alley way. The people are friendly and willing... More

Stayed here in October 2013 for 5 nights. Very affordable, clean accommodation - breakfast included, rooms serviced daily all for around $20 per night. Great value, friendly staff & good location. Would certainly stay there again - nothing fancy but worth a look...

I was booked into this hotel by the University and based on Trip Advisor I wasn't really expecting much. When the taxi pulled up I was even more concerned, you have to walk down a narrow street and an alleyway to get to it. Amazingly for Hanoi the staff were friendly, but not that friendly (probably due to a lack... More

We was picked up for 18 USD, which is really reasonable for 1 hour driving from the airport to the hotel. Paramount hotel is just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem lake, the Old Church, located in the heart of Hanoi, so that all the most important sights are in a walking distance. The rooms are nice, big and... More
