Great service and clean rooms - overall an excellent value for your money. An example, the night before we left Hanoi, my girlfriend got ill with food poisoning. Most restaurants had closed and found it very hard to find a place to get her food. The receptionist helped us to go and buy noodle soup for her. The staff even... More

The breakfast was good - fruit and a short menu of hot food to pick from. Our room was grubby - we had a pet cockroach and the bathroom was v dated. The bed was very very hard. It is cheap, but a lot of places are similarly priced and I expect you can get a better room elsewhere. I... More

Stayed here for three nights while traveling through Vietnam on work. The staff were very warm and welcoming, breakfast was ample with fresh fruits and egg choices, and the room itself was comfortable and affordable. The location close to the lake was a big selling point for me, as I wanted to be near the old quarter and some of... More

The Jasmine Hotel fit all of our needs. The location was great being only a couple blocks from the lake it was close to the action with less noise. The staff was very friendly and helped us confirm our pickup for our trip to Halong Bay. The breakfast was better then expected and a nice perk. Overall a great hotel... More

My arrival was pretty chaotic as my flight got cancelled. I missed one night at the hotel, arrived in the morning and had to catch a train to the North of Vietnam. The staff was extremely nice to us. Helped us with everything. We came back in Hanoi before heading to Halong Bay and again before going South. Really felt... More

Before arriving in Hanoi I arranged for my girlfriend and I to stay in the Hanoi Guesthouse, unfortunately, the day before I arrived in Vietnam the Hanoi Guesthouse e-mailed to let me know that they were fully booked. They suggested that I stay in the Jasmine Hotel. I'm so glad this happened as the staff of this hotel really helped... More

Cannot thank the staff of the Jasmine Hotel enough. The hotel was lovely with nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. We only stayed 1 night but dealt with them over 4 days as we took overnight sleepers and a cruise on the last day. They were so accommodating and always willing to help, we would not have had such a... More

Probably the nicest people you will meet, the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating to me and my friends. They gave great advise on where to go and the tour services which they recommended were amazing, including the staff of the tour service. They also have a great breakfast included. Overall possibly the best hotel i stayed in.

We stayed for two nights at the Jasmine Hotel, Hanoi. This was our first place & the staff were so helpful, easing us right into life in Hanoi. Everything from how to barter on the streets, estimated costs and suggesting reliable services, to booking a (reasonably priced, yet 5 star) cruise in Halong Bay! They were beyond accommodating. And it's... More

I have collectively stayed for 6 nights during my travels and this motel was the perfect temporary home. It is located very close to the lake, making it a breeze to navigate around the old quater. There is also excellent street food very close by. The rooms were very very reasonable for the price. They were clean, comfortable and well... More
