We had previously stayed in prince1 and decided to come back for 2 more nights and therefore made a reservation ( in person at the front desk). When we arrived at the hotel the man at the front desk explained to us that a mistake had happened and that therefore the room was not free but in use and no... More

Me and a friend got back to Hanoi after visiting Halong bay. Downtown backpackers hostel messed up or booking and were fully booked so had to find a hotel as a result. Staff were extremely accommodating. We were able to print out flight details and their arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning. Had a... More

Super nice rooms, very comfy bed and amenities (although the trek to the 5th floor a couple of times a day was a bummer ;) ) but my highest praise is for the staff. They arranged tours for us, train tickets, took care of our bags, made sure we were ok, was great to deal with the manager (can't remember... More

I first stayed in Prince 1 in 2008 and have come back regularly since. I have also recommended it to many friends who all shared a great experience. It's in an excellent location, particularly if you're only in town a few days, the staff is friendly, they can organize any trip for you without being pushy. We chose the cheapest... More

Nice hotel in the old town, 10 min. walk from Hoan Kiem lake. Big and clean rooms with nice furniture, small breakfast included and tea or coffee for free during the day. Staff is very fine and helpful. In the reception is a travel agency too.

Travelling with an active teenager, we desperately needed a roomy room. Fortunately, Hanoi Prince 1 Hotel provided it within our budget. The room called "Family Room" is located in façade of the hotel building hence it comes with large windows and small veranda. The room size was what almost two small rooms put together (but the room charge wasn't double).... More

The place have a bygone era charm, that makes it a special and comfortable stay in a hectic, hot city. A shelter away from the noise. The rooms that are close to the steet are bigger but louder, and the rooms on the other side are MUCH quieter though smaller. there is no alevator, so its better to have a... More

Prince hotel is in a really good location, right in the middle of the old quarter near loads of shops and places to eat around it. We turned up and were told that our room would cost $18 or 378,000 dong. Rooms were fairly spacious, with nice furniture (although the double bed was actually two singles pushed together), and were... More
