Very good choice in a rather quiet small street, near by the Railway Station. Very clean at a reasonable price with spacious rooms and 50m away from a very good well reputable Vietnamese restaurant. Overall a very good hotel!!!

We just spent 3 nights at here—very clean rooms, a helpful and friendly staff,, and a convenient location. Hotel staff were helpful and quick to respond. On arrival we did have some issues with the room we had booked but staff tried their best to resolve these issues and moved us to another. And the next morning we were upgraded... More

My girlfriend and i went to Hanoi for the weekend and stayed in the Nam Ngu Hotel. It's a little outdated and there's nothing to do in the area, but if you are young and your legs working fine and you don't want to spent a lot of money, this is the place for you. The rooms were cozy with... More

We just got back from Vietnam. My friends and I had a pleasant stay at Nam Ngu Hotel. Quite easy to find and only minutes from train station. Nice clean, traditional hotel with friendly staff - our room was quite a small double but we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn't a problem really. Breakfast was decent... More

I've spent two nights at Nam Ngu Hotel and its was really nice. Rooms are clean, confortable and quiet. I liked the style of the room, all in wood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice area to walk around, not too turisty.

I would not hesitate recommending this hotel for a night or 2. It's spotlessly clean, has friendly staff. The young man on reception was fantastic and so welcoming. The hotel provide really nice cozy rooms and well kept at a decent price, nothing bad to say about it. The location is a bit far from Old Quarter, but there are... More

the room I got was surprisingly large for this category of hotel in Hanoi. The furnishing is quite. The street is so quiet at night that when a motorbike go past the street, the noise might appear very disturbing.

I stayed one month in this hotel. What i liked the most was their friendly staff, very happy to help for anything. Very clean, even though buffet restaurant is average. Wifi was slow, but enough for the needs of a traveler I guess. Location is great as you can visit all Hanoi center within 15 minutes by taxi/bike. Great restaurants... More

The hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Free WiFi. Reception staff speak good English and it is easy to communicate. Buffet Breakfast is served till 9:30 am - with good variety of dishes. Location is not the best - 2,5 km from the city centre /market.

This was our first trip to Hanoi, and we were impressed with both the service and the product offered. Every one of the staff and everything about the hotel was awesome! Rooms were great, WiFi was at its best! A hotel that I'll strongly recommend staying at outside of Old Quarter.
