Excellent location (in the art of the old quarter with restaurants, Cafés and market) but also at walking distances from all the attractions (Long bien bridge, Hoan Kiem lake, revolution museum, Hoa lo prison and even Ho Chi minh mausoleo if you like walking...). Very confortable (soft mattress; double glaze window so it is very quiet, excellent wifi, room of... More

The best of this hotel is its location, in the heart of the Old Quarter. Good value for price, though breakfast is not included, wifi on the room though at the afternoon it stopped working suddenly, good staff and helpful. The good thing is that you are conveniently close from all sorts of restaurants, from western ones to local ones... More

The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke pretty good English. They also can arrange for you some trips outside of Hanoi if need be. Hotel was pretty clean but not the best The area is bustling at night with backpackers mixed in with locals.

A friend and I went travelling at the beginning of Jan this year. As two young girls - 20 & 19 - we were very grateful for how much help the staff gave us. This was our first stop of the trip and they were fantastic. Although when we originally booked the hotel as the Prince 1 they sorted out... More

Okay, just a warning to start, we had an incident where we booked to stay at the Prince but our room was given away and on arival the staff moved us to the Prince II. Basically, it runs on Asia-time -- You just need to be a little more flexible than in many Western countries. However, other than this hiccup,... More

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was a bit hard, but still had a good sleep. Very good service, very friendly staff, very happy to organise anything you need and gave good directions and suggestions of places to go. Excellent location in the old quarter. Overall very good hotel would recommend to anyone.

We paid 25 dollars a night for a double room with aircon/Tv/Wifi/Pc/hot shower. Clean and great decor. Free luggage storage. Internet on the PC is slow but wifi alright. AVOID if you can't walk up stairs. We stayed on the 5th floor and it's a long walk up. No one offered to carry up our heavy baggage. They can book... More

This place is tucked away up a little side street but it is a real gem for the price. The entrance is very tastefully decorated with lots of Asian Art. There is a dining area just off the reception area where the free breakfast is served. Other meals can be ordered there but at a reasonable price. The front desk... More
