There was nothing glorious about our stay. The breakfast in the morning was not good at all, very basic and they got our orders wrong. Unless you want egg drenched in oil. We noticed cockroaches around the kitchen area as well. The rooms were very shabby with poor security, and the locks on the bathroom did not work. The bathroom... More

This is not a hotel, more a travel agency with a few rooms upstairs. The rooms are dirty with things not working like showers, dirty sheets stained yellow didn't help either. You can use there toilet if needed but that smells of urine and is disgusting. The breakfast is a joke and tastes horrible along with the cheap juice and... More

I Was dropped off hereby a bogus taxi. I was told it was Hanoi Chik hotel and did not find out the mistake untill it was too late. The room I had was very good. Lots of windows and even a balcony. It faced the streat but was not too noisy. The bed was comfortable but I could not get... More

We stayed at this hotel for a good week and also booked two trips to halong bay and Sapa town, both for such a cheap price! Both were excellent quality too. The owners were also very friendly, allowing us to stay in the lobby early hours of the morning when we got off a night bus, despite rooms being full,... More

This was an ok cheap place to stay. The staff were very friendly and we didn't find them pushy at all. Rooms were a little bit shabby and noisy in the mornings (traffic and chickens!) but the location was perfect and for the price we didn't mind.

We only stayed for two nights. We payed 10$ pr. night. The staff was really freindly and we had a clean and nice room. This hotel has an elevator, which was very nice. The hotel is in the middle of the old quarter. Nothing bad to say about this place except the rooms are a bit cold!

This place is not so much of a hotel rather a tour booking office with rooms over it. We stayed one night only because everywhere was fully booked. We hadn't even checked in and all they wanted to do was sell us a tour for the next day. Our small standard room was dirty with a cigarette hole in the... More

Staff are friendly and bent over backwards to help us when we complained of no wifi access on flr 4. Gave us a rm on flr 2 which coat $2 more @ $20 but the walls are paper thin and the noise was bad. Plus there is a busker who sings on a microphone in the streets at the highest... More

The Hotel itself is actually not that bad for the price. The rooms are reasonably clean and towels and toothbrushes are provided. The location is also good in the old quarter. However, the staff is very unfriendly and they try to rip you off with selling overpriced tours and get angry if you refuse. Especially the guy who seems to... More

The Hanoi Glory I stayed at was on 29 Hang Hom but most of the signage was for "Sinh Cafe" just up from the Gecko Cafe, but that may not help much. Anyway the owner came to pick me up at the SinhTourist bus station and scootered me over to the place, after we discussed the fact that I had... More
