I have stayed at the Bamboo hotel both my visits to Hanoi. I love the relaxed feel of the accomadation in the midst of vibrant location. Highly recommend booking in to a verandah room. The hole feel of the Hotel is like a home away from home. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor where I could sit... More

You must try the fresh and delicious food in their restaurant - truly amazing with fantastic service. They go out of their away to ensure that everything is fine. On one occasion I was famished, so I ate 2 main courses and a starter! Drinks are reasonably priced and original. Adam

The price is very razonable and the location couldnt be better as it is right in the old quarter of Hanoi. I really loved this hotel! We tried four different hotels in Hanoi and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in, considering our budget of $15 - $22. To think we only paid $17 for this room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception never pushed us to book a tour or whatever,... More

The first thing that greeted us here was a smile of front desk girl Hien. He friendliness convinced us to stay in this hotel. Some rooms are shabby, but those with balconies (front side), especially 3rd and 2nd floor, are really good deal. Rooms have cozy bamboo furniture, little restaurant downstairs serves good food. All hotel is full of good... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night whilst in Hanoi. The staff were very accomadating and friendly however when we went to have a shower in our room, scalding steam (no water) came out of the shower head which we thought was extremely dangerous! Also, the bed sheets and duvet were damp including the painted over ceiling. I... More
