A charming luxury hotel in a groovy part of Hanoi. It is right opposite the Australian High Commissioners official residence. Right along the street there are plenty of eateries, shopping mall and most importantly places where you can have traditional Vietnamese Coffee (WOW). From the onset the service rendered was excellent. The staff are extremely attentive and professional in their... More

At the moment we are staying at this property for a short holiday and I must say that I'm very disappointed with Movenpick hotel Hanoi. Having stayed at the Movenpick Singapore my expectations were very high for the quality of the service provided. Biggest grouse is with housekeeping. 2 days in a row our room has not been cleaned even... More

Nice comfortable rooms with a large comfortable bed and a decent bathroom with a very good shower. There was free wifi. The lobby area was very smart and we used the lobby bar a few times for snacks and drinks. We also had one meal in the restaurant and that was very good too. Breakfast had plenty of choice for... Was on a business trip and the choice of staying at Moevenpick made the difference. Very near international offices so doing business was easy. Rooms are big and clean.. Bed and sheets are comfy. Bathroom is avant garde as the shower area has glass walls which gives you a view of your entire room.

We stayed in this hotel bed and breakfast while on a tour of Vietam. Rooms are large and very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent catering for all tastes. The hotel is well situated for visits to museums. Evening meals were not taken in the hotel as there are numerous local restaurants nearby at very cheap prices.

This was the first hotel we stayed in when we went on a tour of Vietnam, we stayed three nights and were very impressed with the standard and luxury of the rooms. We went there because my husband had yearly meeting with all the company's colleagues from other countries. The meeting went on perfectly on the second floor. This hotel had a large contingent of people in bus party’s passing through when we stayed there. I have nothing against bus party’s but because of the sheer numbers travelling at the same time, the hotel entrance was blocked by a bus a therefore inaccessible to other vehicles, the porters are unavailable to assist as they have several tons of...
