I learned a few lessons during this 3 day stay, do more online shopping for the best package, some guests i spoke too had breakfast included for the price i paid without. The service from top to bottom was excellent, from the cleaners to the spar, everyone was very friendly and this was a pleasant surprise. The standard room is... More

Would definitely stay here again. Could not fault the hotel, they were kind enough to store our luggage while we were away on another 5 day tour, even arranged alternative accommodation when another one of our tours was cancelled as they were fully booked. Allowed a very early checkin and late checkout when required. All staff, door, desk, wait, service-... More

This was our first trip to Hanoi and being a Business trip, we thought we would rather pay a little more to stay in a 5 star hotel. Though this hotel, when compared to hordes of other locally owned 3 and 4 star Hanoi hotels, is certainly not cheap but we found a good deal from one of the internet... More

Its funny that now I come to write my review about the Movenpcik in Hanoi, I see another review of it which exactly sums up my feelings. Please don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel to stay in, in a pleasant location. It is not to far from the main sights of Hanoi and was perfectly placed for... More

Moevenpick hotel in Hanoi is a bit of a hit and miss, and although it's hard not to like it, there are some annoying details which downgrade what could be one of the best hospitality experiences in Hanoi. 1) Location Located south of Hoan Kiem Lake, it's not right in the heart of the Old Quarter but still pretty close... This hotel wasn't cheap ($140 per night or so) by Hanoi standards, but you got what you paid for. The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom fantastic (great rain shower, products, finishings, etc.) and great service. The gym was my only hang-up: it was 26 celsius (79 fahrenheit) and the fitness room attendant said the temp setting was broken. I asked... More

The location is in the centre of Hanoi near to tourist spots and the service is quite good. The room is nicely decorated and new. We can sleep well after a long day of travel with comfortable and pillow

The Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi is quite a hike by foot to favored tourist spots such as The Old Quarter or Hoàn_Kiếm_Lake, but what it lacks in propinquity it makes up for in understated elegance, cleanliness, and prompt service. Guestrooms are spacious and appointed with all the amenities one would expect in a business class hotel such as work desk, high... More

Stayed for 2 nights on vacation in Vietnam. Frankly I was expecting the hotel to be a lot better. Rooms were small and there was no bed turn down or re-towelling in the rooms which I take as standard normally in a hotel of this class. There are too few installed lifts meaning long waits to get in or out.... More

Hotel is very good. Location is just 10-15 min away from old quarter. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is expensive for Vietnam. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
