Check in was quick and efficient and no problem with room access inspite of early arrival. The room was rather small but clean and well equipped with good internet, comfortable bed but disapointing life less pillows. The breakfast is good but being a Swiss hotel I was disapointed with the choice and quantities of cheese on offer.I think that the hotel makes a... I have stayed in Moevenpick Hotels before and like their standards of luxury. The lobby/reception area is stylish with a very nice bar for drinks and snacks. Location of the hotel is central and you can walk to many restaurants and shops easily. Our group received room keys within four or five minutes and I was assigned to #517, a... More

Very comfortable hotel verging on luxurious. We were only there one night & for various reasons (time we arrived, return flight times etc) we ended up eating & hanging about in the bar area. Eye wateringly expensive after 3 weeks in relatively cheap Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos especially if you only wanted a tea or coffee. To be fair, when... More

It is our first visit to Hanoi for my wife and I. We spent 4 nights at the Movenpick which is a business traveler hotel, but we picked this over other more touristy hotels in the Old Quarter as we found the price to be attractive given the level of comfort and refinement it provides, even though it costs about... A charming luxury hotel in a groovy part of Hanoi. It is right opposite the Australian High Commissioners official residence. Right along the street there are plenty of eateries, shopping mall and most importantly places where you can have traditional Vietnamese Coffee (WOW). From the onset the service rendered was excellent. The staff are extremely attentive and professional in their... More

At the moment we are staying at this property for a short holiday and I must say that I'm very disappointed with Movenpick hotel Hanoi. Having stayed at the Movenpick Singapore my expectations were very high for the quality of the service provided. Biggest grouse is with housekeeping. 2 days in a row our room has not been cleaned even... More

Nice comfortable rooms with a large comfortable bed and a decent bathroom with a very good shower. There was free wifi. The lobby area was very smart and we used the lobby bar a few times for snacks and drinks. We also had one meal in the restaurant and that was very good too. Breakfast had plenty of choice for... Was on a business trip and the choice of staying at Moevenpick made the difference. Very near international offices so doing business was easy. Rooms are big and clean.. Bed and sheets are comfy. Bathroom is avant garde as the shower area has glass walls which gives you a view of your entire room.

We stayed in this hotel bed and breakfast while on a tour of Vietam. Rooms are large and very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent catering for all tastes. The hotel is well situated for visits to museums. Evening meals were not taken in the hotel as there are numerous local restaurants nearby at very cheap prices.
