4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

A very comfortable hotel with attentive and helpful staff. I read other reviews saying it was "tired" but I found it ok. Very clean, comfortable beds and good food, both European and Asian. I found breakfast very good with a great selection. Again, staff a breakfast were excellent. The coffee was especially good. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I... More

We stayed here for five nights during a recent trip to Vietnam. The rooms were quite nice and the staff was lovely-so warm and helpful. The hotel is in a relatively quiet part of town, which we liked. We would stay there again. The new manager was also very warm and gracious, stopping to chat with us and to ensure we were... More

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. I have tried five over a three-year period, and now stay only at Moevenpick because of the top grade service. The restaurant has excellent breakfast, and good variety for dinner. The service is always good. Drinks in happy hour are plentiful, 2 for 1. And they have a 'Linger Longer Later' hour, on... More

The rooms are generally clean and well appointed. The food is pretty decent. I am happy with their buffet breakfast. But the towels can be stained. So do check them before u happily use them. I think the two small bottles of water they provided foc is rather miserly. They should give at least 2 bottles of 500 ml. Vietnam... More

The location of this hotel is good as the old quarter is easily accessible on foot which is a bonus. The rooms were comfortable although we disliked the décor! Breakfast was good, the staff were helpful if a little distant at times. There is only one very small public sitting area so the foyer can get congested with people accessing... More

My stay of 2 nights at this hotel made me satisfied. It is very central located easily for me to travel within the city. There are a few Korean, Japanese restaurants around giving you more dining options. There's also a bar next door which was with good music. Staff are professional and helpful. Room is small but cozy with artful... More

The hotel was clean, well managed, the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms large and well appointed. In other words it provided exactly what we needed for a 4 night trip to Hanoi, but nothing extra. I may be being fussy, but on an expensive 5 star holiday, this is something i have become accostomed to all over the world.... More

I recently had the privilege of staying at the Moevenpick Hotel, Hanoi, for a wonderful ten days as a tourist. The Moevenpick had been recommended by friends in Australia and well and truly lived up to its reputation. It has a great location easily accessible to the Old Quarter and the French Quarter. Rooms are large and modern and very... More

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In face the front desk helped us several times when our ride failed to show up on time. The rooms have recently been upgraded. I stayed at the Moevinpick for three days, while on business trip. The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to key tourist locations. I had several meetings at a variety of locations throughout the city. So I quickly learned to appreciate the central location. The breakfast offerings were of good quality. I ate... More
