Great value and location! Within walking distances to different tourist spots in the area and close to the lake. Enjoyed my stay here--hotel staff very friendly and helpful! IF you are looking to book something, Huyen will be very helpful! she helped arrange Ha Long Bay cruise for me (highly recommended) and my trip to Sa Pa as well. Huyen... More

Great hotel - aircond, satellite tv, quiet, clean, bar fridge inside, security safe, modern, comfy and plush and price includes a buffet breakfast, and bottomless cups of tea/coffee throughout the day. I paid $20 usd per night for all this. helpful staff and friendly. quiet hotel, yet in the middle of Hanoi, handy to everything. would happily stay here again... More

Small hotel but good value for money - pretty nice location as well... Staff is very good. Particularly Huyen - she helped to book and manage a trip to Halong Bay in a very tight time schedule - everything was arranged perfectly...

This is the second time I have stayed at Hanoi Boutique Hotel 2. The rooms here are a good size and quiet. We were a group of 8, and all were happy with the accommodation and service. We had no trouble sleeping. The staff here are more than helpful and very friendly. They will help you out with just about... More

I was told before travelling that staying in the old quarter can be very noisy, thankfully Hanoi Boutique Hotel 2 proved to be a very quiet place to stay, however step out the door and you quickly realise that your in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of there way to help our group. Service... More

Hanoi is busy and loud - the Hanoi Boutique Hotel 2 is a nice and very central place, where you can take your breath before going back out. No real windows in the rooms - as it is a typical "tube" building, but a nice atrium with natural light: after the initial surprise, one realizes how positive this is: the... More

I love this hotel. Well located in the centre of the old quarter with everything in walking distance. The staff can arrange anything for you. Good local and European breakfast provided. There are more plush and expensive hotels, but if you want clean, tidy, value and want to be part of their hotel family - I recommend the Atrium. I will... Have been visiting Hanoi numerous times! Decided to give it a try with this Hanoi Boutique 2, within the famous Old Quarter area. Saved about 10 minutes of travelling time each way from the airport, as it is located conveniently just off the main street (sorry, couldn't remember the name of this main street!), compared to the usual hotels I... We arrived after 2 nights at a similar standard budget hotel in Ho Chi Min City so thought we knew what to expect. Our room was large with wifi, TV, aircon but was dark with large damp patches up the wall, smelled musty and had mould in the shower. My husband asked if we could change rooms but they were... More
