The rooms were fine, the breakfast was great. It has a stunning view from the breakfast room. The location is perfect to explore the city, it is close (about 200m) to the oldtown. Getting to the hotel from the airport is pretty fast since it is close to the highway (although the cars take a while to get from the... More

Location is a bit off with 15 minutes away from old quarter but taxis are cheap anyway. Breakfast is okay with fresh Omeletts. Rooms are surprisingly big. Staff is friendly. Other than that there's really nothing special about the place. Wife is included.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. About 15 minute walk to old quarter. Didn't find restaurants close, but nice little bakery, banks, market. Breakfast good. Solid little mid_ -range hotel. I would stay closer to Hoan Kiem Lake for easier access to central spots next time.

Located in a narrow road and not really relaxing neither business area, but from the high floor rooms you can see the nice Truc Bach lake. Room is ok, clean. Nice staff and services. Acceptable rate. A bit hot after a sunny day heating the glasses.

For the price it's exceptional value in comparison to western hotels/ motels. Friendly and helpful staff who try their best to communicate and help you find your way around. Highly recommend for the budget conscious to the mid range traveller as it has nice standards and comforts of home. Decent sized rooms and very clean.

I stay with my family here last week, everything perfect. Reasonable price, friendly staff, clean room. View from my room is very nice. You should stay from the 6th floor to have nicer view. Breakfast is ok with multiple choice.

I would describe this hotel as average but it has some plus points . The location is outside the overcrowded French quarter where its just to busy and not possible to walk on the sidewalks of the streets witch annoyed me a lot. Motorbikes are driving inches from you and they have totally no respect for pedestrians . but this... More

We stayed for about a week at Moon View Hotel after having a week in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. This hotel is located in a nice area that is between the West Lake area and the Old Quarter. It was about a 20 minute walk to attractions and restaurants in the Old Quarter and about a 40 minute walk... More

We stayed at the Moonview Hotel on Cua Bac in the district of Ba Dinh between January 16 and 25, 2014. The three of us were in rooms 1107 and 1104. 1107 offers nice views of lake Truc Bach and West Lake as well as the Tran Quoc Pagoda. The Moonview has 1 lift serving all floors with the exception...
