The room was spacious, but somewhat run down. The staff was helpful even with their limited English. The breakfast was saved by the freshly made to order omelets. I had to bring my own Nescafe as their coffee was more than horrible. The location is within walking distance from the old town and the West Lake. Even when we put... More

The hotel has big spacious rooms and everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is a bit far from the old French quarter but its near the west lake. where is also nice to walk around. The only negative point is the restaurant were I ordered a Tuna sandwich with no ... Tuna ... I think... More

We moved to this hotel after a bad hotel experience. The cost was a bit higher than our last place but this hotel included breakfast ( which was fantastic) so that equalled the cost out. The rooms where clean and spacious. Everything worked, free wifi free T.V. Buy your water as its not free. The staff on the front desk... More

Moon View has clean rooms, and friendly staff. I stayed for 2 weeks and the location is good to get to either the Old Quarter or to Tay Ho where many foreigners live. The western style breakfasts are a bit average, but local food like Pho Ga (chicken soup) is good. The view from the top of the building, the... More

This was my first stop on a long trip through vietnam. It's a small little hotel but has as much class as you could hope for in such a hotel. The hotel is located in a good area close to lots of stuff happening. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are hard but... More

The rooms were fine, the breakfast was great. It has a stunning view from the breakfast room. The location is perfect to explore the city, it is close (about 200m) to the oldtown. Getting to the hotel from the airport is pretty fast since it is close to the highway (although the cars take a while to get from the... More

Location is a bit off with 15 minutes away from old quarter but taxis are cheap anyway. Breakfast is okay with fresh Omeletts. Rooms are surprisingly big. Staff is friendly. Other than that there's really nothing special about the place. Wife is included.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. About 15 minute walk to old quarter. Didn't find restaurants close, but nice little bakery, banks, market. Breakfast good. Solid little mid_ -range hotel. I would stay closer to Hoan Kiem Lake for easier access to central spots next time.

Located in a narrow road and not really relaxing neither business area, but from the high floor rooms you can see the nice Truc Bach lake. Room is ok, clean. Nice staff and services. Acceptable rate. A bit hot after a sunny day heating the glasses.

For the price it's exceptional value in comparison to western hotels/ motels. Friendly and helpful staff who try their best to communicate and help you find your way around. Highly recommend for the budget conscious to the mid range traveller as it has nice standards and comforts of home. Decent sized rooms and very clean.
