The rooms are very well equipped and well decorated. Manager David was always happy to help with everything. The breakfast is simple on the 7th floor but the views are well worth a look up there. If there is any improvement then expanding the breakfast menu to European levels would belay welcome.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Any questions or concerns regarding trips and visas in or out òf veitnam were promptly awnsered and sorted with ease. We ended up staying in Hanoi much longer than planned simply becasue we enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and exciting city streets right outside the hotel. I shopped around looking for a deal... My husband and I, we'd stayed in this hotel. And we really enjoy staying here. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are very helpful. And breakfast is excellent. The hotel location is in the centre of old street, just 5 minutes walking to Hoan Kiem Lake and shopping centre. It's very convenient. We highly recommend... More

Felt a bit let down by my experience with this hotel, the staff were all lovely, room was cleaned every day, the tv didn't work! Don't eat the breakfast it's not included and very poor for the price. We thought the hotel breakfast was included it wasn't so watch out for that also!

Lovely place to stay. While you may find cheaper accommodation within Hanoi, if you want a comfortable bed, clean sheets, a soft pillow, air con that actually works, a HOT shower with great pressure and staff that are genuinely helpful and fluent in English... then it's worth forking out a little extra per night. We travelled through Vietnam for two... More

We stayed here three nights and the hotel was so clean and the room very comfortable and no traffic outside. Staff very helpful and freindly. The two guiding tours we booked through the hotel were fantastic, thanks to the both guides for an excellent job. If I return to Hanoi, which I have planned, I will stay here again.

I stayed for six nights in this nice hotel in a quiet alley. No streetnoise. The staff is great and helpfull. Close to atractions, the mausoleum is only 20 min. walk, and the lake. The rooms are clean and there's an elevator. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night only because we mistakenly booked one night too few in the Hanoi Pearl, which we found was fully booked when we realised our mistake. Given that this hotel was only about a third of the cost, we were a little concerned about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the service... More

I originally booked 2 nights, as I wasn't sure of the product. But decide to stay 4. The main reason why I would recommend this hotel, is the staff. They were an absolute delight. The rooms are big, clean and very quiet for a busy city such as Hanoi. If I am ever so lucky as to go back to Vietnam,... More
