We stayed in the Harmony Hotel for two nights and did not experience the same noises many others did. Our room was really quite and we could get some good nights sleep under the A/c. The room had a big window that led to nowhere. The staff was really friendly, they helped us when we asked them for help even... More

TIt was very pleasant to stay here. The service was briliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and quiet. Wifi worked very properly.. I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller for two weeks in March 2014. In reality I only actually slept at the hotel for 6 nights because I was away on tours for several nights (Sapa, Halong Bay, Hoi An), which may sound like a wasted booking but it cost me less than £8 per night to have my... We stayed here for the couple of nights we were in Hanoi. Staff were very friendly when we arrived and had the room ready for us, even though we did check in early. Rooms were ok, but quite cold with a very damp feeling- all our clothes felt damp by the end of the 3 days. Bathroom was basic but... More

Given this hotel an average score which would have been poor had it not been for the friendly staff. Not a bad location, close to the heart of everything in the old quarter. It rained most of the time we were there which was a shame as it put a bit of a downer on the whole visit to Hanoi... More

The hotel is clean, beds are good with pillows that are simply the BEST! The staff are so helpful and have good english. We stayed here on and off over a week whilst visiting Hanoi and doing a few multi day trips in the area. Whilst we weren't in Hanoi we were able to leave luggage in a secure locked... More

The staff here is excellent - friendly and very accommodating. We've had to add on to our stay several times while waiting for a visa extension, and not only was this not a problem, they honored our special rate through booking.com. They're happy to provide advice on where to eat, shop, etc. and point you in whatever direction you want... More

We stayed at Harmony hotel in the old quarter of hanoi for 2 nights. It is a fantastic option. It's cheap, well-located to shops, restaurants, bars, the lake area & central to many of the sites. All staff are extremely friendly, helpful & generous with their time. Johny (or Chien) will go completely out of his way to make you... More

When I first came in Hanoi, this was the hotel that accommodated me with everything that I needed in my whole stay there. Plus, its in the center of the Old Quarter which is also surrounded with different cafes, stores and everything that you would need, see and do to experience Hanoi!
