We actually booked at the Hanoi Guesthouse and when we got there they had no rooms available..which was strange as we had just talked the night before and reserved one. Anyhow they were really nice and gave us free bottles of water and sent us down the road to the Hotel Phoenix. Initially was thinking 'oh,oh' here we go we're... more

The crowd that run the place are all young people who really know the scene in Hanoi. The boss, Kelvin, sees to every guest and nothing is too hard for... more

She organised our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa and also with train tickets south. The rooms are very clean and quiet, although you do have... more

We extended our stay in Hanoi because of the warm friendly welcome we received from Kelvin and his staff. They helped us choose the right tours to suit our requirements, and gave good advice about transport, shopping and places to eat. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of tasty cooked breakfast, and free internet and... more
